The order took forever to be delivered but eventually. I think this is planned so that it will be hard to dispute a charge on your credit card after such a long period. In my case, the items were too large. Try to find a return method listed on anything they put out???? I have sent three emails so far trying to just exchange to a smaller size, but no such luck! I believe the company is out of the country. For some reason, they think they can operate in the U.S. without any consideration for the client. It's all about the money, and with such horrific reviews, they might last another 6 months then change their name. This thought me a lesson that I should stick with companies I recognize.

***TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE*** Placed two orders mid-Dec 2022, received confirmations with 7-14 day delivery timeline, however no product ever shipped. After 3 months and repeated emails ignored, I had to dispute with my credit card company after which time they contacted me stating they didn’t have the products I ordered in stock and blamed a change in warehouses (which doesn’t justify the lack of communication). Ordering fro TBo was a big waste of time and money.

Ordered in December. Item was out of stock even though I could still order it. They simply did not ship and did not notify me. I only found out they were out of stock when I emailed in Feb. to ask where my order is. (they did refund this)

Ordered in January as well. Item never shipped. Don't know why. When I trolled their Facebook page someone finally reached out and said they would ship. March 2 - The order had not arrived. They said they would reship and send a new tracking number. March 8 - Still no order and no new tracking number and no responses to my messages.

UPDATE - May 26, 2023. The company said they shipped the order. The product has still not arrived. I will update this review if I ever get it.

Awful service. Paid for 3-for-1 deal. Guess what? They sent only one! The website also doesn't recognize registered email addresses, so you go through a continuous loop trying to re-register. The site is a disaster.

Product is comfortable but a little small in the front... I did order more since they are a good cut and feel free. However, the company is trash. They send me physical ads via the mail with nearly naked men on them. That's a bit much for something I never asked for. They also send tons of emails. They also take forever to send, and have been waiting 23 days for an order to even ship. They're not that special, I will be moving on, so should you.

I was charged $65.98 on Paypal for an order on 12/20/22 and so far my order has not been confirmed or delivered. VERY disappointing!
I have ordered from this company several times before without a problem.

The product is fine the customer service is non existent.

I ordered a product mid January, resulted in multiple duplicate orders and billing, immediately reported it to company email, no response from company at all. Now under dispute by my credit card company and PayPal. Still no response.

Im happy to say that after reaching out to Tbo on Instagram, I recieved a quick and very helpful response for Cebo. He explained my order had been coded wrong in their system but he now corrected it. He said the order would ship the next business day, and he added an extra product as consolation for the delay. In fact I have now recieved confirmation the order has shipped. As I said I really like their products and am glad the have made good on the error.

I ordered from them three times without any trouble. Like the products. Ordered the last time and no product was received. I’ve emailed three times and it’s been over a month and no response. One thing they do seem to be great at is sending me two or three emails a day trying to get me order again. Sorry, not till I get my last order

They send me text messages constantly. I have order and paid for the order back on 12/25/2022 but have not received the order yet.

I ordered from this company 4 times, first two shipments came in pretty fast, loved the underwear so ordered more, 3rd shipment came in slow. Ordered a 4th time and they never arrived. Last order was in Oct and here it is now almost Feb. Contacted them by email and Rose responded at first saying they would be going right out and would even throw in a free pair for my wait, but weeks kept going by and still no shipping notice nor underwear arriving. Now they won't even respond to me anymore. Sure won't order again and what a shame as I really liked the product.

**EDIT** Update as of 2/8/23
After contacting the company through social media (Facebook and Instagram) I finally received a human response and the situation was promptly rectified. In addition to my original order I was also gifted an extra pair of underwear of my choosing. As for the delay it was explained to me that they recently changed warehouses which caused a number of unexpected problems. Be that as it may, the initial radio silence was very frustrating, and the fact that I had to use their social media accounts, instead of their official support email, feels messy.

Besides that I will say the products themselves are very nice; extremely soft and comfortable, form fitting, supportive. The packaging was minimal waste, very little plastic. I am very wary about ordering from TBo again, but I like the underwear enough that I might have to.

I ordered several items from TBo on 12/6/22 and never received them. I also never received any tracking or shipment info. I sent multiple emails to their customer service and got no response. I even filed a complaint via PayPal and still nothing. Looking at third party review sites it’s apparent that many people have had similar experiences with TBo. It’s a bummer because the underwear seem nice. I strongly suggest NOT BUYING from this company, unless you enjoy throwing away money.

I placed an order 12/09/22
MY PAYPAL acct was debited, however I never received order or any communication from this company. This is probably my 10th order with this company.

Order was processed quickly and the underwear fits great and feels glorious. A satisfied customer!

Made a purchase back in November. I have still not received my underwear. I have reached out multiple multiple times and still zero response. No underwear and I’m going to have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Very very bad customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago with NO update on my order, never was shipped and I never received anything.

I’ve been messaging their Instagram and they are reading every message (I’m shown when they view the message) and they continue to ignore me. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, hands down. I am filing a dispute with my credit card.

Order not received and zero feedback from any customer service representative. Very disappointed, as it looks like they took the money and don't care about making sure you receive the product.

It's been several weeks and still nothing has shipped. No response to emails and no refund of my money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will get no customer service and they will take your money and not deliver anything! Fraudulent company and I have escalated to visa fraud department

Placed 2 orders with them over 1 month ago and except taking my money I have never received anything from them, no tracking, no goods. I have written to customer service a few weeks ago and no reply either. This company is SCAM. Do not buy from them!
