They send you emails with 25 or 40% off except the only underwear in stock is extra small. I just ignore their emails now because I know the medium size is never in stock.

Worst customer service. I placed an order #204200TBO right after Thanksgiving and up to this day I have not received anything. I’ve contacted customer service and sent several messages asking for an update on my order and I haven’t not received a notification or confirmation of my emails. At this point I feel they’ve already kept my money without sending me what I ordered. Very discouraging and frustrating.

I absolutely love the TRUNKS! The briefs are a little too “brief” for me—and the trunks are perfect in coverage. And the front “pouch” is wonderful to keep Big Jim in his place. 😃

Impossible to get in contact with customer service to make a return/exchange. Also my most recent order from weeks ago never arrived. No one responds to messages. Thieves

I've waited 2 weeks since I placed my order and have no status on my order. I've left multiple emails no one responds. Really bad customer service. Actually no customer service, I can't get a response. DO NOT BUY!

Placed an order on November 9th, 2022, and got a confirmation on the same day. I am still waiting for a shipment confirmation, today is 12/6/22. Reached out through e-mail (no phone #) and only got the same confirmation of my order as a reply. I travel with work and am leaving the delivery location. Very disappointed. They state 1-2 day delivery along with a 3-7 day arrival for current demand.

I’ve bought several times. This is why you get three stars. A) Lack of integrity. Out of the several times I bought online, only one time did I receive my 3rd item free. The other times there was supposedly a code to get a discount but upon payment it doesn’t accept the code. Since then I just got single items on sale. Therefore I’ve literally ignored your junk email several times. B) Comfort. I keep buying though because the material and cut are comfortable. Now that I’m losing weight and inches, I’ve been venturing to other brands as well.

I never received order from 3 weeks ago. so far 4 emails have gone unanswered about the status of my order.

Ordered over a month ago. Tried to reach out, many times, on various platforms. Once recently did someone get back to me. Still have not arrived. Price was misleading and much higher at checkout.

This is my second year in a row I order in bulk. Usually buy 9 pairs. These underwear or so soft, thin and durable. I wear them on my 20 mile bike commute. Go skateboarding. Hiking and not a single one has ripped/stretched out. Durable and so soft. Makes my package look even bigger too lmao! BUY THEM I also gifted 2 pairs and my friend ended up buying more.

Great products, but they don't ship when they say and they don't respond to customer service emails. Ordered an item a month ago. It hasn't shipped and no-one responds. I would like to buy more of their products, but I no longer have confidence in their ability to fulfill orders. Sorry to submit 1 star, but paying for something I never received is simply not acceptable.

Placed an order with a coupon that they sent me in the mail 3 weeks ago and the order has been placed but never shipped. I have sent several emails to them and no response. Have bought from them previously with no issues and really like the products however I am done with this company if I ever get my product or a refund.

Products are great, but customer service is terrible. Have an order in, but no eta and can’t get an email back. Had an issue in the past like this with TBo and my order had been cancelled with no notification. If it weren’t for the feel of the product, I wouldn’t shop with TBo.

This year was the first time I ordered the trunks. I had read about them for a few years and decided to take the plunge! Very glad I did. The trunks are as comfortable as it states in the reviews. Received them on time each time as I have placed numerous orders since the first. Love the fits and texture of the trunks along with the colors. Thanks for making them and keep the different colors coming!!! Recommend giving them a try!!

An AMAZING product. Most comfortable trunks I have ever worn. I have 12 pairs and can't imagine wearing anything else!!!
