They don't respond to many emails regarding lost shipments. No other way to contact them.

My balls are cool and sensitive to the touch in my tbo’s. They are soft and the material does not hinder all the feels.

I am well please with the products that I ordered, it just took a really long time to arrive. I actually got a thank you letter weeks before I received the products.

They charged my credit card multiple times while their website claimed they couldn't process my payment and order. There's at least $360 on my account because of an internal error that days later they still haven't corrected.
Update: The gave me a partial refund gave me a scammy, inaccurate explanation that it was because of currency value changes

Only order from them if you can afford expensive mistakes that you have to pay for

I love all the colors the bamboo fabric underwear comes in. I've got yellow, orange, blue, and black and will get more later. They fit perfectly, keep me cool and look great.

My favorite boxer briefs. Forget the rest. These really are the best. Long lasting quality.

The underwear I purchased were quite comfortable. Never seems to be any stock of the colour & size I need! Other than that am satisfied!

I already wrote my review once, but here it is again. I ordered briefs. There is no elastic around the leg openings so the back end rides up into my crack. If I had wanted a thong, I would have ordered one. Also your emails are over the top annoying. Have you nothing else to do with your time?

After 40 years of searching, I finally found the perfect pant. It provides the perfect, um, "containment" without compression !!! No more sitting on the fun bits ! No binding. Imperceptible to the skin. Anxiously awaiting the next sale.

it takes awhile to realize the transition to this underwear and it's feeling you have no underwear. it's great and supporting you with no awareness.

I love your products. However, on 2 separate occasions I have ordered products that I never received an order acknowledgment, nor did I receive the products even though you charged card immediately. Finally, after numerous email I eventually received the order. Your marketing and advertising is all over the place and frustrating to try to decipher. I would suggest you hire someone from the outside to come in and consult with you to get it figured out.
