Absolutely LOVE my Tbo underware.

Never got my orders… return to warehouse, then you don’t have the item available… no incentive as a customer to stick it out. You suck as a company… I doubt you even exist. Go f$$$ yourselves

Duration of delivery: it took more than 4 Months to finally receive the ordered product.
Customer relations: instead of nocking of some cost from my order for the inconvenience or applying a discount or gift for the long wait, I got vouchers for discounts on future orders (I should have canceled my order and reorder applying those discounts ... would have been smarter)
Quality of the product: it's ok. The size is much smaller than the usual size of general products I use. They are tight, not so comfy, the cut and some of the seams are irritating and right out uncomfortable, the bulge is not very prominent and rather discreet. Overall, the features and quality do not warrent the high price tag. I won't buy these again and would recommend other brands

first time I have had a problem like this
1. received an order from TBo. There was an error in the order. Have eMailed
TBo and get no response. Would cost more to mail the item back than the
item is worth. Guess I am stuck.
2. There was an error in an order. A discount was not applied. I cancelled the
order but the order was still processed. I refused the package and am still
waiting for the adjustment to be made to my credit card or my TBo account

I love my briefs HOWEVER I think there needs to be elastic in the legs. I'm speaking from experience. I have most of the briefs that you offer.

Okay.....love you product, but i have one problem....in my first order I ordered large because of the weight chart....they're too big! My next orders I order medium and they're just right. My question, I know it says not to put in the dryer, but with the large ones...if I put them in the dryer will they shrink??? I'm not that well endowed and the pouch on the large is too big. I love the way the medium fits....hugs the whole package and lifts it right out there and you do not even know you're wearing underwear. The material, the design (pouch) are excellent!! And I have to admit....I like the fact that the "lift" makes my jeans look so much better!!!

Got rid of so much to make room for my new collection. Great fit and the material is so soft. Best part is my Girlfriend thinks I’m quite hot in my TBO

Very comfortable, does a great job keeping the stones in place. Could come down on the price a little, great product overall.

I Love the Product. However I purchased buy 2and get 1 free. However I never received my free RED pair.

I did not remember that US sizing is bigger than Canadian ... so my underwear is constantly sliding down .. other than that they are as advertised
