T booth wireless in Oakville place mall has the slowest and most inefficient customer service reps. I went to them to get a new phone, but they were busy helping another customer. The T booth employee told me that he will be with me in 15 minutes. I shopped in the mall for 15 minutes and returned to T Booth wireless after 15 minutes and saw he was still helping the same customer. I went shopping again in Oakville place mall and returned to T booth wireless after 30 minutes. I saw he was still helping the same customer. I shopped in the mall again and went to T booth wireless again after 1 hour and surprisingly saw that the T booth wireless employee was still helping and stuck with that 1 same customer. I then decided to go to wireless wave store in the mall, which is close to Tbooth wireless in Oakville place mall. Wireless wave employee was much more friendly and helpful to me. Therefore I bought a brand new phone from Wireless wave, instead of Tbooth wireless. Tbooth sales service is very slow and bad, so I can only imagine how horrible their after phone purchase service will be. I will now always avoid going to T booth wireless, after having this very bad experience with them in Oakville place mall.
