This website is horrible. Allowing sellers to refund orders all the time just because they wanna look like they have good prices. Chances are if you order something for a good price it will get refunded. Looking for costumer help, good luck getting past the completely useless chatbot, I lost my patience at some point. Will never use this website again, will no longer use their prices as benchmark for anything.

They are selling the upcoming journey of discovery box for Final Fantasy TCG for double the market value. Don't waste your money.

When I try to order 20 cards that are under a dollar and the total with shipping and handling no matter how I optimize it it's come out to be over $45 there's a problem.

They are constantly missing parts of my order and instead of giving me what I ordered, they would rather just refund me. They send me emails stating my order has shipped weeks before they actually mail it.

I paid almost $400 for one card and express shipping. What I got was weeks of waiting and finally a damaged card, not what was advertised. I contacted TCGPlayer and they only refund the express shipping. I sent them a message back and I was specifically told I would receive a full refund. I did not get a refund. I made a mistake trusting this business and I will never purchase from TCGPlayer again.

Ordered what people call "covid charmander" the one where he's stuck inside looking out the window. After delivery date passed I did a little digging. Tcg direct gave me a fake tracking number unrecognizable to any carrier. Im sure they get people that wait to long or just give up but not happening. Filed fraud charges on my card and will be getting my money back. Ive ordered 4 cards from this site and 3 were scams that never showed up. TCG themselves. The site is a scam. Looking into what attorney general to report them to for scamming

Don't trust this website, don't trust in their word, they say it's guaranteed but its all a lie. Check out what happened with me...
For some reason on the check out step my address was changed automatically for an old address of mine, that happened without my knowledge. I just noticed that a couple days ago because I was worried the cards were not showing up. I did 3 big orders (including a bunch of stores) with TCGPlayer and one was okay, but two were sent to a different address, even though i did the same process for the 3 orders.
I never typed the wrong address, and anywhere in the checkout process the incorrect address was stated. I did type my correct address and after that i was prompted to the ****** checkout, for payment, not for shipping, the shipping information was already set correctly. I also typed my credit card information and the website wouldn't allow me to press pay, only by ******. After login in and using ****** the address change was not stated, that's something you should correct in your checkout process. What I am trying to explain is that i didn't had any fault in what happened, i did the same process for 3 big orders and one came straight to my address, but two didn't. I understand your perspective but try to understand mine, you guys must have a way to recognize this error and try to help me, otherwise is like you don't care you have a flaw in your system and **** the costumer, i remember reading that its guaranteed by TCGPlayer, i don't feel that's true if i loose all the money i saved to buy this cards. I lost more than U$600, and the small amount I am being able to get back its just due to the honesty of some sellers, that helped me when i reached out to them.
TCGPlayer team sucks and they don't care about Community, they care about making money on top of the MTG Community.

Ordered 6 cards from tcg direct and received 4. The two missing cards? Almost 800 dollars… the rest of the cards totaled under 100 dollars. Whiffs like a scam to me. Waiting for customer service to get back to me… wish I did more research before ordering

FRAUD AND SCAM ARTIST AND WEBSITE!! Worst customer service Hailey, tracking numbers are scam website is scam. STEALS your MONEY!! Avoid at all cost - very disappointed kid. Shocking to steal money from kids....tsk, tsk! Tracking leads to nothing than will claim have to wait 30 days and any days after they will do NOTHING for you but STEAL your money

Let a scammer get away with selling repackaged goods because I didn't have the originally packaging. Don't trust them or their sellers.

Stop sending your orders via envelope we get charged for that mess up on your side... Other then that I will buy my cards somewhere else thanks for nothing.

Wish I would've read these reviews before ordering through TCG direct. Only company Ive ever been told can't make any changes to an order no matter how soon you tell them after the order when literally on their site says otherwise. The company is so horrendous it almost feels like they have got to be breaking some sort of sellers law. My god these people are shady and after asking around seem to be almost legendary in their absolute bottom tier service... This is a company PURELY surviving off of no actual effort of themselves and purely off the products desirability... They'd give the tobacco companies a run for their money on ethics...

I only order from reputable independent sellers on their site, but not TCG direct. TCG Direct is pretty bad. Lost cards a few times and their customer service is not great. Responses to my questions were automated and never answered my questions. Most recently, I ordered an expensive card and paid for fast shipping last week. Has not even been dropped off to USPS yet. No response from them regarding this at all. Had I paid attention while attempting to order, I would have not ordered through TCG Direct.

Horrible experience with a customer ‘lead’ Patrick Beckett and his team. Effectively worked to steal money from me on behalf of a faceless corporation instead of try to just understand what I was saying and pay me what I am owed. Do not trust this company despite it supposedly being a value of theirs’.

Ordered my cards over a month ago and they still haven't shipped. They sent an email saying it was shipped two weeks ago and USPS is still waiting on the package. Tried customer service and they can't do anything because it's "shipped". I might buy from individual sellers in the future but i will never buy directly again.

2 out of the last 10 orders have been successful. I buy tcg direct. Orders still not showing shipped .past the expected delivery day. Ask questions and they move the delivery day 1 day ahead, then cancel and refund. And chalk it up to a “missing order” . Its not missing if it hasnt shipped. They are selling merchandise, that they dont even have. Shameful. All these years and i gotta go with their direct competition. Sucks

I was unable to make transaction, or get my money back. They are withholding my money.

They claim if you order through their tcg direct which generally cost a few dollars more per card that you can rely on fast delivery and authenticity which is a bold face lie they will mail it if and when they feel like it and cram multiple cards in to one penny sleeve the only assurance that is real will be your disappointment

This website is full of scammers and fraudulent listings. Tcgplayer is NOT the website it used to be. They've gone downhill tremendously and are doing nothing to prevent. A shameful, scam filled junkyard of a website.
