Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service from the get go. Went above and beyond to ensure I got the correct comparable product. Great communication. Can’t not recommend and praise enough.
They just want your money, no professionalism
I’m absolutely disgusted with the service I’ve received. I placed an order for an oven/grill/hob on a Monday, and when I called on Thursday to check the status, I was told it wasn’t in stock. The man said he’d call the supplier and get back to me — but of course, he never did.
By Saturday, I had already submitted a cancellation and refund request online because of the complete lack of communication. Then, on Tuesday, an oven suddenly showed up at my door — and not even the one I ordered! Without any consultation or approval, they decided to send me a completely different brand and model.
The oven they sent might look similar, but it’s not the same size. My kitchen cabinets were custom-built to fit the specific oven I originally ordered, and the one they delivered didn’t fit at all. Because I had an upcoming trip and couldn’t deal with the return process (and wasn’t sure how long a refund would take), I had no choice but to keep it and pay out of pocket to modify all my kitchen cabinets.
This company has caused me unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and cost me extra money — all because of their lack of honesty and professionalism. It’s unacceptable to replace a customer’s order with a different product without even asking.
I will be sharing this experience on every Facebook group and review platform I can so others don’t go through the same nightmare.

Item Not Held in Stock. 7 weeks an waiting.
Call before placing order. As ordered online and the item has been on back order with Garmin for nearly twice months. Have emailed a few times and no response to emails. Only by phone. 2 weeks ago saying it was due in but still nothing.

Reputable business that always picked up the phone when I called. Losing a star because shipping was stressful. Tracking was not sent for some time and I ended up receiving a call from a truck driver to say my delivery was outside without any notice, which could have been avoided if I had known when delivery would have been, TCS did make the best efforts to track down tracking for me and always apologised, its third party supplier appeared not to have supplied tracking. In the end happy with the product, although I would have expected a British plug!
Simple
The site is easy to navigate and they had everything I needed. Ordered it online and picked it up a couple of days later. Ordered was packed and ready to go when I showed at the warehouse.

Brilliant customer service!
Having been let down by another company, the staff at TCS went above and beyond the norm to get the antifoul paint I needed in time. That included getting the paint in from their own supplier and despatching it promptly. In fact they only got the paint in on the Friday and I had it by 8.30 on Saturday. Brilliant service! My very grateful thanks to the very helpful and knowledgeable team at the depot.

Don't answer the phone. Don't respond to email. 3 weeks apparently to deliver some hatches. Albeit I don't have them yet and have been given two different dates. Will never use again.

The item wasn't posted until 03rd December so it wasn't the fault of the delivery company. No communication from TCS about delay. Will now consider obtaining wiper motors, covers, blades and control switches elsewhere which is nearly £400 order!!!
