I called TCS Friday morning to inquire about availability on the Best of Africa Expedition. Fortunately there were still seats available for the May 20-June 10 trip. Rachael McBride helped me through the registration process and we were confirmed guests by 11 am Friday.
She guided me through the details efficiently and listened to my questions and gave me good answers.

I have always treasured TCS World Travel for their dazzling itineraries, luxurious accommodations, unmatched service and amenities, unending delightful surprises, and incomparable memories (Seychelles! Great Barrier Reef! Rwanda’s mountain gorillas! Easter Island! A hot-air balloon ride TCS arranged for me to see the Serengeti at dawn!). But what I − a senior female traveling alone – value most of all are the truly priceless peace of mind and security that TCS provides. They really do think of everything.
TCS staff and resources are simply the best, and this past year has really put them to the test! My plans and reservations have been in constant flux owing to Covid-19 causing cancellations and my developing a sudden emergency medical condition with a long treatment and recovery horizon. Through it all, TCS and particularly Kristina Gordon have gone out of their way to accommodate my situation (including surgery scheduling delays) and to pursue generous flexible options for adjusting reservations. I am signed up for my fourth attempt at another great expedition. This one will once again take me around the world, and I can hardly wait to enjoy another trip with TCS World Travel!

We've been working with TCS, specifically Anna Hawley, Travel Consultant, since 2017 when we found TCS from a magazine ad. Anna has planned many trips for us, both big and small. For example, with her help, we enjoyed a 3 week long trip to New Zealand and Bora Bora, and a weekend getaway to Miami. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and always truly listens to what we would like to get out of our travel experience. Certainly, through Covid, travel planning has changed and we are especially grateful for Anna's expertise and thorough approach. In a world where you can click on a button and make travel plans for yourself, we appreciate the TCS model which focuses on customer service, professionalism, knowledge and warmth. Anna's suggestions have always hit the mark and it's comforting to know she and her team are available while we travel, just in case. We look forward to working with Anna and TCS for all of our travel planning.

TCS worked with us over multiple transactions to make sure that we could take the trip we really wanted, in spite of the changes the spouse's work schedule required. They were always cheerful and professional, and it has been a first-class experience. I am now planning to look at their website to see what other trips they offer.

TCS helped us take a wonderful trip to Southern Africa. I chose TCS based on reviews online, and the variety of types of travel they book appealed to us. I started out thinking we might take a private jet tour, but once we decided to concentrate on Africa, having a custom itinerary built for us was the right choice. Our TCS consultant, Renee, spent all the time we needed answering our questions, helping us determine how long we would travel & what countries & experiences should be included. Then, a draft itinerary was presented, discussed & tailored further. This process made sure that we would see the animals we wanted, stay at the camps best suited to the high degree of luxury we desired, and led to an incredible trip. Air travel and all transfers were discussed & optimized to help us have an enjoyable journey to Africa, as well as hopping between Cape Town, and the 4 camps we stayed in. We were provided excellent guides & drivers that treated us like rock stars, and it was obvious that we had the best quality possible. This was our first experience with TCS and our first time traveling at the 5 star level and we couldn’t be more satisfied. So much so, that we have just booked another trip with TCS to Machu Picchu & Cuzco!

For reference, all the planning was during the worst of the COVID pandemic. We figured Africa would be open but the travel requirements and restrictions changed daily. TCS had health advisors that kept us up to date on current conditions, so we felt assured that TCS was taking good care of us even before we got to the airport.

My husband and myself have travelled extensively with TCS and were always very pleased. This is the first time that we took our whole family on a TCS trip to Egypt. We had the same guide throughout the journey which was terrific. Everything was planned perfectly and we all had a great time. We can highly recommend TCS.
