I love this company so much. The cream earl grey tea is a staple in my house, and I only order tea from here now. Their orders are always packed with care and typically come with a small note. I have ordered large quantities of different teas and received free samples of ones they thought I would enjoy based on my order, which is just so thoughtful! Just an all around amazing company with quality tea!

The tea is, as always, delicious, but I also really enjoyed the little sample packet of a different but similar tea to try. In a world full of Amazon and giant corporations, this felt like buying from a local store and had those personal touches.

All went well with shipping to Germany.

Difficult one! My wife bought me packet of Darjeeling 2nd flush when she was visiting in London, it came with brewing instructions to use very little and to re-use it three times. It was also very expensive and I was expecting it to rival Mariage Frere's, my favourite.
First brew as instructed was utterly flavourless. Second brew using a decent amount of tea had very little flavour and was vaguely unpleasant. Threw packet of tea away.
Maybe my taste buds are impaired but the tea and the instructions were a total waste of time and money. Such a disappointment.
Since writing this, Tea2you responded, offered me a refund and a sample of the First Flush Darjeeling which I accepted. Quite a different drink, it will probably never be my favourite but I must applaud the owner's response to my earlier moan and very much thank them for allowing me to sample their rather special Darjeeling First Flush.

I ordered some tea on the 9th March and it was delivered on the 13th March. The parcel was well put together and well taped up so it was secure. The tea was individually packaged in strong envelopes, keeping it fresh.

Fantastic range of teas, so many to try. Great service, good price. Nice to deal with a company who genuinely seem to care about your business

10/10 Tea!!! And deserves more than 5 stars! I love tea and sometimes I want something that will be refreshing and enjoyable and aromatic but also tea that isn’t overpowering with too much of everything. This was absolutely perfect!
I even got a hand written letter from the owner which I could tell they care so much about their customers! I’ll definitely be getting tea from here again!
Instructions were clear on the package aswell as recommendations for what pairs well with the tea like honey! And advising if you can pair it with milk or keep it simply with water only!
Can’t wait to try more!
I bought a mango fruit green tea! Mango marigold green tea and a strawberry green tea! All of them absolutely superb!
