One of the staff called Joseph P in an impolite manner called me at 7.01 on 11th July 2024 and said he possibly had a job for me. He would call me back in 20 minutes and there was no need for me to call him. Not only did I not hear from him in 20 minutes I've not heard anything from him or his collaegues to this day. Despite sending them the odd reminder.

In September I told them to delete my details from their system and let me know when this had been done. They did not acknowledge my email or tell me if they had done what I requested.

Totally rude and unprofessional people.

I have worked with Teach now for over a year and find them very professional. In particular Lucinda Pereira has been very supportive and has always found work that suits me. She is very positive and reassuring to talk to. I would happily recommend Teach Now to anyone who is looking for supply teacher work.

Teach Now is a great place to get a permanent place job offered by school.

If I could give zero I would. This has been the worst experience I have had with an agency. They don't care about their agency workers only about making money.

They have sent me into bad working conditions, where the health and safety is poor. When I flagged it I was ignored.

Finding out if you have work and where is usually last minute, which is difficult when planning your week. The way they speak to you is snappy, lacking emotion and to the point.

The pay is lower than advertised and you have to pay for your own DBS, which I had not experienced before. They also did not pay me for the numerous days worked. If you sign up make sure to check that this isn't the case.

After all of this, my issues were never addressed and they continued to call and try to get me to do more work despite leaving.

I understand agencies are fast-paced, but there should still be a level of respect and care towards those who are on their books for work. It comes across as exploitative when they have an extremely long process to get into their books and it's an awful experience once you're there. I regret signing up, as I believe there are much better agencies available, but I hope others do not experience what I did.

I am currently working with Teach Now Agency, and i am very happy where i am working.
They are trustworthy, responsive and pro-active.
Maria and Lucinda have been my consultants and they have been very helpful in assisting me since the very beginning.
The process to get cleared with paperwork and DBS was much quicker.
They found me a school very close to my house and i am enjoying my work there.

After three years of working with them I have never had a day when they told me that they do not have a job for me.
