My experience with the BSoM Meditation…

My experience with the BSoM Meditation Teacher Training Course has been genuinely transformational. It gave me real insight into myself and how my mind works, in a way that felt both grounded and accessible. The mix of science, history, and practical experience helped everything make sense in a really meaningful way.

I now feel confident and ready to begin, with a clear understanding of how to offer safe, ethical sessions and build my own practice. Becoming part of the BSoM registered members community has been just as valuable, offering ongoing support, CPD like meditation with children, and lovely spaces such as tea and chat sessions and group meditations.

The teaching was excellent—supportive, knowledgeable, and really invested in our growth. Overall, BSoM has given me both personal growth and a solid professional foundation
