I have cancelled with the company three times now. I had to cancel my credit card because this company will not cancel my subscription. They still try to charge my account every day.

there is no way to cancel!! No way to contact anyone. If anyone knows how, please post!!!!

These scam artists deserve zero stars. Cannot cancel my subscription and no way of contacting them. Have reported them to the regulator and would encourage others to do the same.

Scammer - cancelled account before free trial expired and still got charged- no way to contact anyone BEWARE

I never signed up for a subscription and yet they are deducting 19.99 from my credit card, which I never gave them! There is no number to call to talk to any customer service rep. Does anyone know how to contact them?

Do not sign up for the subscription. It is a scam, never signed up for the any of the packages and yet they are deducting money from my credit card. When I check my subscription status, it states it is free. However, each month they are deducting funds.

If anyone knows how to cancel the subscription, please let me know

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION!! I have tried countless times including emailing and calling to cancel the free trial that turned into a subscription. They have successfully stolen my money for four months now. It’s the summer time, I don’t need their services and I’m a broke teacher, but they continue to steal my money. I have legitimately ended the subscription and yet somehow they find a way to illegally charge me. Do not add this stress to yourself - it is not worth it. Just do a one time payment on TPT for whatever you need. Don’t mess with their slimy subscriptions.

I don't know how I survived without Teach Simple! No matter what subject or grade I'm teaching, they have engaging materials for my students.

I never have enough planning time, but with this site, I can download everything else I need in minutes.

I love the concept of paying one price per month and being able to download what I need. There are many products on here that are offered on pay-per-product sites like Teachers Pay Teachers.

What I do not like is the daily download limit. As a busy teacher, wife, and mother, I don't have time to download things but a couple times per month, so the download limit is problematic for me.

Also, some of the products are very dated. There are so many products that it makes finding the good ones tedious and time-consuming. I think a user rating system would be helpful with sort/filter options in the search that would allow customers to filter results by ratings to "weed out" the items that are not very useful or of high quality.

Overall, it's a great site! I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the problems listed above.

Teach Simple has changed my teaching game! Their materials on math, science, English, history, and more liven up my lessons. I don't have to reinvent the wheel or rely just on textbooks. They provide everything I need to create fun, differentiated instruction.

Absolutely a scam. I have been attempting to cancel my subscriptions for months, sent several emails, my account information etc. I keep getting the run around and a manual on how to cancel my account. My email addresses are not even linked to my subscription and I keep getting charged. My next step is to file a formal complaint and complete refund for all charges.

They refuse to remove user account information and instead use email address provided by Google login for unsolicited marketing (sending SPAM).

And as can be seen from their reply here - they blatantly still refuse to delete the information.

I suggest everyone to avoid this company like the plague.

Resources are scarce and basic. The interesting looking ones are in some strange format that i still havent received advice as to how to be able to use- microsoft office couldnt find any suitable software . Its wayyyy too expensive for what it is. Additionally they will not pro rata cancellations .

These resources are really great, the kids love them and so do I 🤗❤️🤗

I am in total panic mode at this point. I checked my bank statement this morning and i was charged $9.99 2 days ago. I was under the impression that i signed up for the free version and haven't even downloaded any resources since the 26th of September, and now i checked and there is no way to even remove my card! I am terrified now and seem to have absolutely no way to contact anyone there. If I do not have the luxury of waiting 10 days for a new card all because there are people out here trying to scam people that are just trying to supplement their child's education.
