A lot of the lessons are incomplete
A lot of the lessons are incomplete, or uneditable, so the student can't enter their answers to the questions.
TeachSimple never answers their support emails. Pretty sad when you pay for a service and they have zero support.
Response to TeachSimple:
First of all, I've sent several emails to the email address that is listed on your website. Second of all, there is no chatbot feature on your website.
Lastly, you didn't address the issue of the incomplete lessons.
It's pretty bad when a customer has to leave a bad review to get someone to respond.

Love this site. I usually dont leave reviews but this one deserves an a+. Ive been using this site for over a year now and i wouldnt go to anything other site. I had one issue with my account and my files wouldnt download and cole helped me so much and was right there the whole time with me trying to figure everything out. Finally got it figured out even over the weekend he was there helping me when he didnt have to be. Thanks so much teach simple for making it so much easier for my son to be homeschooled.
