This is my first time ordering from Tealerlab and my order ‘was canceled because of staff error and your payment has not yet been refunded.’ Like bro?… the contact email on the website does not work. I did manage to send a message through to the tealerlab team but they have not yet responded. I was also given a promo code which was now wasted on my cancelled order… I think I understand the staff error but I should not be inconvenienced for this… I don’t believe this is a scam company, but I do feel scammed! & honestly I was almost a lifetime customer! *Update. Have still not received refund! Scammed me!
