It reduces the complexity of simultaneously managing the job search/capture/tracking workflows, managing documents (e.g. resume building and targeted versioning as well as cover letters and email templates), managing company and interviewer research, managing contacts and follow-up, and updating LinkedIn and other social profiles. Teal walks you through every step of the way with ingenious use of AI, educating you on best practices and providing all the tools needed for high caliber execution of the end-to-end job hunting journey. Teal is a easy and convenient way to manage your job search and keep your resume up to date. I highly recommend the latter even if you are not actively looking for a job.

Keeping your resume current is a lot easier to do when you still have access to numbers and data, and you never want to get caught starting a unexpected job search unprepared.

I love Teal and it is really shortening my application process with each customization taking around 15 minutes. I enjoy that it links keywords, gives AI options and allows me to streamline the process.

Best app ever. Makes applying for jobs and perfecting resumes and cover letters so much easier!

up from 3.5 to 4 - It has some nice features but there are still some very painful bits. I've paid for the service.

1) FIXED - In the wonderful world of ATS. They make you upload a resume and then they make you copy and paste all the same fields into their form - Teal NOW supports this painful stupidity yet.

2) Resume importing. An almost pointless effort. The only way to get your data into the app is manually one bullet point at a time. copy and paste.

3) Workflow is a little odd and not particularly helpful.

When I add a job from a web site I should be able to go to the new resume and have it linked to the job. Why do I have to flip between forms and search?

4) The keyword finder can't manage to recognize synonyms or the difference between SaaS and SAAS for example

5) You aren't providing constructive help in tailoring the resume for the job. (big opportunity for improvement here). The cover letter does it but the resume builder doesn't.

BUT / AND - AI elements are shockingly good. You need to read and edit the suggestion but the output based on the job description and resume is very well done. This is the killer feature.

Teal is a fantastic tool. It has helped me better organize my resume and tailor it for individual job applications. It's super easy to use, and even the free version has lots of valuable features, including AI suggestions.

Having all the jobs I have applied to be so organised at one place is so nice. I feel more confident in applying to jobs thanks to teal! Keep up the great work!

Teal saves me SO much time when tracking jobs. I used to track via a spreadsheet but teals chrome extension makes this as simple as clicking a button.

Great, the job description match is just useless.

Absolutely amazing and highly recommended tool for those who is in job search! Great in saving time to check CV match to job position description and quick&smart help in adaptation CV to desired position. Also thanks to Teal I have great insight about my personal perception of my skills and knowledge and how I present it in my CV. Teal helped me to see my CV as my sales tool, my sales presentation and present my experience in a better concept with problem - solution - action - result format, not just description of experience. And very important note - before my subscription in Teal I have paid 200$ to HR consultant and received not-working CV. I regret about that amount of money because in Teal I totally rebuilt my CV, brought it to better form and all cost me less than 30$ a month. Don’t follow my experience with overestimated consultants. They will sell you chat gpt stupid template. Start to use Teal to manage your job search in a smart way.

The extension works really well where it does work. It works best in Linkedin or Greenhouse postings. I haven't had any technical issues, and syncing to the tracker is instantaneous. Would love to see a Firefox extension and a wider variety of sites to add postings from.

This is the absolute best platform I've ever used for a job search. Teal has created an intuitive product that's figured out what job seekers are looking for. All too often software is created x people who have zero understanding of the user experience. This is an all in one solution that gives you the right tools to create a targeted resume that increases visibility. I highly recommend it. I'm using the paid version.
