Recently bought a new bike for Team…

Recently bought a new bike for Team Cycles.
The service I received was second till none.
As I was travel from Ireland and was unsure how to get from Newcastle Airport to the shop. Tim and the staff were very helpful in providing me with a contact for a taxi firm .
The lads in the shop went out of their way to help me pack my bike into the bike travel case.
My wife who also travelled over with me bought some new shorts and she was treated with the same professional service.
I would really recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for anything to do with cycling

Great Service

I ordered a Quad Lock mag case which arrived extremely promptly. However my wife had ordered one as a present for me. I asked to arrange a return of this item which Team Cycles accepted without any problems. They then refunded the money very promptly.
Well done and thanks! This is they way to run a business
