I’ve been using Team RH for about a year now. It helps me to keep focused, even if I’ve had a bit of a whole I can jump straight back into it. The support groups are very helpful for getting some hints and tips from other users & coaches. The app itself is so easy to use and gives you so much information. Amazing set up and very very reasonably priced, I recommend it to everyone

After years of yoyo diets, eating plan fails I came across Team RH.

Game changer!

I'm finally seeing success, not just on the scales but in confidence too.
I have a better understanding of the food I am eating, I'm no longer starving and appreciate the extra couple of minutes it takes to check the weight of foods and see accurate results.
Richie says it as it is, I love his honesty its refreshing.

I recommend the app to everyone as it's great to help track food, user friendly and the additional recipes and work outs are fab bonuses.

Easy to use app, full of information. The 'plan' is second to non, absolutely no messing, just honest. I'm on and off with sticking to it (currently on) and did originally lose two stone in two months, just need to keep up the good work.

Amazing company! The most knowledgeable, no nonsense coaches for fat loss anywhere on the internet. The app is so easy to use, so reasonably priced - often have discount codes too! The coaches give personal video replies to some of the questions and the customer service is speedy, super reliable and extremely helpful. Anyone who wants be to lose weight the healthy way, with an easy to use app, Team RH is the way to go!

Its a great concept and when you follow it it does work im just rubbish at bring consistent due to my ADHD I cant stay on track to weight everything and the minute I miss on slot/day its wrote of for weeks till I get motivation back! That's not team RHs fault its a me problem I know that and im working on it which is why I continue to pay even though im not using the app!

Really great fitness app. Team are at hand if you need any help or advice. Great value for money too. Due to health issues have had to give up but would definitely recommend to anyone

Team RH, literally changed my life, that little app I downloaded, not knowing the impact it would have! I have lost around 96lbs and I am fitter and stronger than ever! They have taught me about nutrition and the app shows me this is terms I can understand! I get my steps in and the exercise videos, allowed me to learn movement in my lounge in a safe space before progressing to the gym! The coaches are so kind, but dont take any bs, and that is the approach that worked for me! Its not a miracle, you have to work for it, but with their support its a thousand times easier! I very often think back to the girl that signed up, to me now! If only she knew! Do it! Do it for yourself! I promise you won't regret it! You've got this!!

I’ve been with Team RH now for almost a year and I’ve lost 84lb (6 stone) so far. I still have a bit of a way to go. I love the App and while weighing food was a pain at first, it is now an automatic part of my day. I have learnt so much about nutrition and calories since joining Team RH which is a vital part to losing, sustaining and maintaining weight. I love the videos and posts from the coaches and find them so informative. My confidence is beginning to come back and I’m feeling so much healthier

Be very careful before signing up.
Once you sign up there is no going back.
App isn’t good enough for me as I work around the world and it states ‘worldwide’ on the advert.
So to use it I need to manually input EVERYTHING and it’s a chore.
MyFitnessPal is so much better.
So unfortunately I need to pay for TeamRH that I am not using and all so MyFitnessPal.
I tried to email them and they said once you sign up you are not allowed to cancel only way out is pay for the year.
It would have been nice to have a cooling off period to try but I was ignored when I mentioned this.
Fair play it seems to work for people but it doesn't for me.
No doubt Richie will be moaning about this on his socials but again it’s crap when you pay for something that you can’t use.

My repeat order of protein powder (which has an amazing flavour), was due to be dispatched and I had seen some additional supplements that I wanted, I messaged TeamRH to see if I could add them to my order prior to it being dispatched, Nicky (TeamRH warehouse manager) messaged me to say to order them and she would ensure they would be added to my protein order, not only did she do it there and then to get them both out to me, she partly refunded the cost of my postage and gave me a 15% discount. I can honestly say great communication and customer service from Nicky, would highly recommend TeamRH, they are all amazing.❤️

They set realistic macros and calories which in turn makes the plan more achievable. Great addition of the glp1 plan and currently 30lb down after having a baby.

Ive used all of the meal tracking apps over the years and this one is far superior.
I've been using it for around 18 months now and still rely on it for data. I recently realised I have a gluten intolerance by going back over my meals the last time I had a bad reaction and noticed a correlation with the foods I was eating.
Its so easy to log food and to review calorie averages over time.
Its great value for money too.
I use it mainly for maintenance, to ensure I'm eating a balanced mix of macronutrients and most of all fibre! Its so important for health so im glad thats its up there with the other 3.
Im no longer on social media, but I know there was loads of meal inspiration in the group and great transformations.

So easy to use the app,
Tracks so many different food items and the workouts are easy to fit around a busy schedule. Tracking is so easy and coaches are easy to get hold of.

By far the best investment anyone can make if they want to improve themselves, wether that by weigh loss, fat loss, muscle gain. A no bull@*it platform with 100% accurate information, straight up fact, very helpful and easy to use app, i think the Team RH app and subscription is underrated .

Amazing team. Very supportive and it really works. Just listen to the coaches and you will get great results. My body shape changed completely and feel much more confident in my clothes. Haven’t felt that way for years. Doesn’t even feel like a diet as you can eat so much and still loose as long as you put in the steps and workouts.

An amazing app with plenty of features, some amazing information and great videos explaining everything, if you want to lose weight and are good are sticking with the process you will do amazing, 100%. Unfortunately I am my own worst enemy I can track amazing for a few days but as soon as I have a bad day I always hit the f it button. Sad really. But the app and support is incredible.
