I signed with Rora while job hunting amid some challenging life circumstances. Anna and Crystal took into account not only the financial goals, but also my mental state and personal needs throughout the negotiation. They reminded me that my concerns / anxieties surrounding the process were valid, which helped make sure I was in the right mindset to have difficult conversations!

Interviewing and signing on at a new company can be a nerve wrecking experience, especially when it comes to negotiating a fair comp package.

I honestly don't know what I would have done without my Rora advisor Amir! There were so many times in this process when I realized without him I would have been an anxious emotional wreck. As a last-year grad student, I came into the recruiting experience with no experience at all about how to navigate the job search and negotiation process. Rora was extremely valuable throughout this whole process, coaching me on how to interact with recruiters, talk to hiring managers, etc. I had several tight 2 week offer deadlines which, through Rora’s guidance, got extended to ~months. Furthermore, I got lowballed on a lot of my initial offers. Rora’s coaching and database of comparable offers helped me 1) realize I was being lowballed and 2) successfully negotiate raises in these offers to the higher end of the band. Would definitely recommend Rora to anyone who finds themselves in a similar position!

My experience with Rora was outstandingly positive. My main point of contact was Crystal, and both her and the rest of the team made me feel at home from day one.
