I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for my order with no updates. I’ve tried calling and sending emails without any response.

The lower cross piece was found to be damaged on arrival. Teamson dealt with this by sending a complete new unit. I put both of them together; however, the doors on neither met in the middle – a gap of 5 mm; the holes for the dowels were too big, so the ends of the cross pieces flexed. The lower cross piece at the front, which was not secured by a screw, kept twisting. Despite the pre-drilled holes for the hinges, the doors were not level and would not hang straight on one of the cabinets. The other was fine. Only the upper cross piece had a magnetic catch that allowed the doors to close evenly at the top. There was a gap between the left hand side back panel and the side and base of one cabinet, but fortunately, not the other.

The second unit I was sent now came in useful. By replacing the lower cross piece of the first with the upper cross piece of the second, and fitting the metal contacts from the second set of doors to the bottom of the first set, I could now close the doors evenly top and bottom. I filled the gap between the doors by gluing in a strip of painted wood. There were only two screw fixings for the finished cabinet and the screws supplied were not long enough. In my opinion, longer screws and four fixing points would have been more robust.

All in all, I found this to be an ill-conceived and ill-manufactured piece of furniture. Unless you manage to get hold of two of them and are prepared to spend some time on DIY, I would not recommend buying it.

Excellent service, prompt, well packaged delivery, exactly what we wanted and at a great price. What more could you ask for!

The parcels arrived however the boxes were wet through
They had not been wrapped in anything and were open in places
Fortunately the goods inside had not been damaged else otherwise I would have returned them
Not very good, all for the sake of wrapping them up

Ordered direct from Teamson, just a little corner cabinet. Was kept informed throughout the process and the cabinet was on my house within 48 hours of order. The cabinet went together with ease following the detailed instructions and the quality is very very good. I'm delighted, thank you teamwork I will return.

**We are giving 2 stars not 1 star because the customer service was helpful.**

We ordered two bathroom cabinets. In both cabinets, panel A arrived damaged. Customer service sent out replacements quickly. However, we received one panel A and one incorrect panel B. The panel A was damaged again. We contacted customer service. They sent out two whole new cabinets to replace them. Out of the two replacement cabinets, one of the panel As were damaged again. They sent out another panel A that wasn't damaged (finally). However, when building the cabinets, we realised they only sent us one pack of stickers (to put over the the screw holes). So technically, we still don't have everything we paid for, but we are fed up at the point. Never buying from this company again.

Placed order 30/8/25 still not received on 11/9/25 tried phoning no answer I gave up after 35mins even though I was told I was first in the queue, sent message to custom support heard back saying confirm order no. again . When placed order said delivery 3 to 5 days. Money been taken out of account but no goods . Very annoying. Please contact me TeamsonUK.

Arrived in time and doll house size is great, sturdy and the wooden furniture is a great size too. Colours are also neutral and catchy. Daughter really loves it and plays for hours.
