Delivered with care, in good condition.
Email updates throughout the delivery process and I was given good information in response to any questions I had.

My dealings were with UKSoccershop, however, as per the email responses I received from "Team Zoho", it's appropriate to review both "Teams" appropriately, so avoid both at all costs!

Disgraceful company. I ordered a shirt that was advertised as in-stock on May 17th 2025, (ironically I even paid for 'Express Delivery' as I wanted it for the Europa League Final in Bilbao).
The shirt has not arrived in 3 months. So, I contacted UkSoccershop and I did get an email saying I would get a refund in 7 working days.
9 working days later, and no money or contact from them.
I emailed again, to be told it would be escalated and refunded in the next 2 working days!! (so much for the 7 aye?)
I then contacted my bank and reported the transaction, and sent them all proofs. They asked me to call back on the 2nd of September and they would recall the money.
Again, I emailed UKSoccershop, and let them know I had gone to my bank, and it was only at this point the money was refunded to my bank!
It has taken an entire 107 days for UKSoccershop to NOT deliver what I ordered, despite being labelled as in stock, and paying express delivery, and to refund my money! (FYI- Same shirt is still being advertised as for sale on the site... surely there are laws against this?)
I am 100% confident that if I did not follow this up, they would have happily kept the money and never contacted me again. Makes me wonder how many people have forgotten and they just keep money under false pretences and false advertising.
Avoid this scam firm at all costs!

I placed an order months ago. They immediately debited the money but they never sent the item. They never answered or returned my calls and they also failed to answer my emails. What an awful company this is!

I ordered 1 item, never received a confirmation email and the item didn't arrive. So stupidly I ordered it again and the same thing happened. I called but it kept going to voicemail. I messaged via the web form and received no reply. I emailed via their email address and finally got a reply. They had no record of my purchases and I had to give them details and screenshots of the PayPal authorisation emails. I had to keep emailing them as they didn't reply. Finally after much to-ing and fro-ing they said that the orders had been cancelled because the item was out of stock. At no point did anyone apologise. Absolutely awful company, so AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Horrible company ( scammers ) canceled my order never refund it i had to open the case on paypal.
Terrible communication, waste of time and money. Never use this website ... NEVER ...

Terrible service from this SINGLE company operating from TWO websites
UKsoccershop.com and teamzo.com.

Order 1 placed through UK soccershop, paid using VISA card. Order rejected due to item unavailable. Refunded only partial amount..

Didn't realise the website were associated so order 2 placed through teamzo. The website must have crashed as payment was taken, but no confirmation of order and no order number. Payment on paypal statement clearly shows payment is made to UKsoccershop and gives a contact email address for UKsoccershop.

Customer service has been poor, asking me for order numbers for both orders when I have clearly explained in all communication that orders were placed on two different platforms (on different dates) and only one website gave any order details.

I wouldn't touch this company again with a barge pole. One business with two different platforms and no clear indication they are linked is a bit suspicious. Wish I'd realised before placing 2nd order.

Ordered 3 shirts, and only 2 mailed out saying backordered, so I cancelled the last one and the refund never debit to my credit card. SCAM, SCAM, SCMA

Can only speak as you find, this company sent my T shirt out on time & at a great price & delivery was on time, the only failing they had was acknowledging my order but they replied promptly to my e- mail.
So can only say I had an excellent experience.

Completely scam. I have ordered football t shirt with name on it and I am waiting more then 3 weeks and nothing. No response. Money is still on pending. Never again!

I would have given no star if possible.
I ordered a football shirt for my grandson for his birthday.
The order was confirmed by email.
When it did not arrive, I went on to the website to find that the order had been rejected! No explanation from the company. This is the first time that I have experienced such shoddy behaviour.

just got my Portugal concept jersey and I love it!! fits wonderfully and was affordable. Teamzo do have a great selection on items but their prices for older jerseys needs to come down in price

Absolutely disgraceful service. Feels like a scam. Have been waiting for a month for my order, still nothing. Been waiting now for 9 days for a reply from customer service too. Do not use this company under any circumstances.

I haven't received a refund for a non-delivered item I bought (it was out of stock), despite being promised last 10th of April that I would receive a refund within 3-5 working days. I have been calling (telephone number does not work) and sending emails with no response.

Good communication , well worth the wait. Top quality shirt. Would definitely buy again.

The jersey that I have received before is absolutely fake and not authentic one. Their website has spam and some of my friends haven't received their items that they order.

I have bought a Japan Anthem Jacket and it arrives really fast! Very good packing as well. Will recommend.

This was the only company who still had football tops in the right size for my son and could put names on and deliver by Christmas. They arrived on time, great quality and made his Christmas. Would be happy to use them again.
