Hot garbage of a company. I tried canceling after I realized I ordered knock-offs at the price of originals, within a couple hours of placing the order and they refused to cancel the order hiding behind the “printed shirts cannot be cancelled” stipulation they have. 2 weeks later, they haven’t touched my order, so there was no reason for them not to cancel besides poor service. They choose to screw over customers because it makes them money and they know that my withdrawal from doing business with them will not affect their bottom line, so they do not care.

As per other customer comments, Teamzo have taken my order. The order has then been rejected (I assume they do not have the stock to fulfil it; they do not contact you to inform you). They have only partially refunded me part of what I paid.
Customer Services phone line has been disabled.

Beware of a website called UK Soccer Shop - they appear to an affiliated company (exactly same thing happens, ordered on Teamzo but account is debited by UK Soccer Shop)

Placed an order online for a football kit, paid extra for next day delivery, payment was taken immediately.
Today they have rejected the order due to no stock, yet the same item is still showing as in stock on the website. They have only sent a part refund, they owe me money. This company is affiliated with UKSOCCERSHOP, had the same problem with them also. Reported to my bank as a chargeback to get the rest of my refund.
Please do not buy from them or uksoccershop, as they will happily take your money, reject the order and only give you a partial refund.

Great hoodie

Very good quality and price was great considering I had the Ukraine presidents name on the back which has quite a lot of letters, have washed it twice and colour is still strong and not lost its shape. Will use them again for sure.

They offer a two to three days express delivery option. Don't be fooled, however, because (although they do not tell you when you order) when you chase they tell you that it takes between a fortnight and a month for them to ship it. So you get to spend 30 for express delivery that takes up to a month. Appalling that they know this but don't mention on the website when you order. Only if you chase do they say, "Oh, yeah, we don't ship it fast at all."

Ridiculous amount of time to wait for a shirt. Told it would arrive for Christmas, didn't come until end of Feb!!!

Bought 2021-22 season football shirt for a Christmas present. Unfortunately the Teamzo's printed player's numbers are out of date from a previous season. Company refuse to answer emails now and PayPal claim is useless. Stuck with a £90 item which is unwanted. Avoid this company and buy direct from club website in future. Lesson learned.

Ordered the top on a Sunday and it arrived by the Tuesday fully personalized. Fantastic service.
