Not all Online Support is Horrible.
So, we have all heard the nightmares about online support, especially when it comes to Identity Verification. I had issues getting my ID verified to open my Tebex Store for my multiple FiveM Servers. I did research the proper procedure but got sideways, and I had done something wrong as my ID Verification got locked (prob tried to many times) where as I could not try to re-submit my ID. So I used the support tab in my project browser after mb 2 interaction with AI I was giving a support link. I submitted my ticket I got the usual bot ya know, we have received your ticket someone will reply...and within 10 hours (which in the online support is SUPER FAST) I was replying with real person(s) so after only TWO reply's with their support team members (Milo and Leo) my issue was resolved. Not only did they re-set my ID Verification, they specifically told me why my ID was not being accepted. (ID did not have the four corners showing)(room to dark for the live capture) Friends, I do not leave to many comments on support interactions, but I am telling you they had my issue resolved within 15 hours from First contact with AI from the support tab in my project browser, from start to finish and VERIFIED under 15 hours and was well on my way to making my Tebex Store. As a FiveM Developer, Community and Server owner I have dealt with many, MANY Support Teams and this is the best and most polite, professional Support Team I have EVER interacted with. Unbelievably Simple and Fast. Thanks Tebex. @MatrixNative

Top 10 worst platforms in human history
I genuinely don’t understand why this company is still being used by FiveM.
My case:
I created a 5-day trial for a script using the “Remove From Customer After” feature in the store settings. I left it enabled assuming it works as advertised. Later, I discovered it does not work for free scripts, which is not clearly stated anywhere (not even blacked out on the store page?).
After contacting support, I was told that this feature simply doesn’t apply to unpaid products.
So I moved to plan B and tried to revoke the license using the refund button, which normally revokes access. That button does not exist for free products.
I then asked what the difference is between revoking access for paid scripts and free scripts through the refund button. Instead of an actual answer, I received a generic copy-paste AI response explaining that I cannot refund funds, which was never my question.
Best part about all of this is that the support agent let me know that I can make a coupon code for 100% off (which makes the script free), and then on new sales I will be able to remove access thrugh the refund button.
So a free script cannot have its access revoked, but a script made free through a 100% coupon can. That makes no sense.
This is inconsistent, poorly designed, poorly documented.

I tried to buy a one-month subscription…
I tried to buy a one-month subscription to Itero, but the payment system glitched and asked me to try again later. To my surprise, I ended up being charged three times!
When I asked them to activate my account and refund the two extra payments, they started asking for a lot of information that I didn’t have. I told them to just activate the account and that I would request the refund through PayPal myself, which takes one minute.
Even though I let them keep the money for one of the payments, they still haven't activated my account after 10 days, and they're keeping all my money!
NEVER pay them; their business model is to scam you first and then stall you with "support" later.
Support did something good
I had a bad experience and then complained to the customer support and they made it right, so I'm changing my review from one star to five.

Dont trust this company with your financial information. Got scammed on a game subscription and they literally never even bothered to reply with some form of support. They are complicit and scammers.
