Had multiple purchases done with crypto…

Had multiple purchases done with crypto that had issue going through. It took a week before I got an answer saying they could reach to payment providers to see what can be done, today marks two weeks and still haven’t heard anything about my case. I’ve always used TebEx but now their response is terrible for a platform that’s available to thousands, if not millions to use this… you guys need to work on your customer support

Because crypto transactions are decentralized, we cannot reverse them directly on our end; however, Coinify has now taken over to process a manual refund directly to you, as you had reached out to them before our escalation.

Love Tebex for all my digital goods…

Love Tebex for all my digital goods that I sell. It's been a great relationship professionally, and the friendly and kind service that we receive is awesome. I wish the answers back were a little quicker, but it's still not bad for answering within 12 hours or less.

Highly recommend Tebex for selling digital goods! I've tried others and hated the customer service, delays, problems with API's etc and have found Tebex to be the best around!

Hidden Subscription and Ignored Support Request

I am very disappointed with the way my issue has been handled by Tebex.
I was charged for a subscription that was not clearly disclosed during the purchase. I understood the payment as a one-time purchase, just like my previous transactions on the same website, which never turned into subscriptions.

I explained the situation and requested a refund for an unwanted and unused renewal, yet my case has been ignored for several days.
This lack of transparency and refusal to assist feels like unfair business practice and unprofessional customer support.

I expect proper communication and a fair resolution instead of being left without any response.

Regarding support, we’d like to reassure you that your request was not ignored. Our team responded within one business day, reviewed your case, and cancelled the subscription promptly once you reached out, ensuring there would be no further charges going forward.

While we understand your request for a refund, Tebex is unable to refund subscription renewals for digital services once they have been processed. This policy applies consistently and is outlined in the terms agreed to at checkout. Although the service may not have been intentionally used, the renewal activates automatically at the start of the billing period.

Do not use Tebex ever

Never, I repeat, never buy anything from a site that uses Tebex. They will keep taking money from your Paypal account even after you’ve canceled your subscription. In addition, they don’t mind doing business with underaged kids. This is NOT ok.

After reviewing the case, I can confirm that your son purchased a Minecraft rank from https://store.donutsmp.net
on August 29th, 2025.

When you first contacted our support team approximately one hour after the purchase, you informed us that your son had made the transaction; however, no purchase details were provided. Our team responded within 24 hours, requesting the information needed to locate the transaction, including:

Tebex transaction ID (if known)

Payment method (card/PayPal)

Payment method details (e.g., PayPal email, last 4 digits of the card)

Date and value of the transaction

Store URL

Username

Because no purchases were associated with the email address used to contact us, this information was essential to proceed. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to that request at the time.

On November 3rd, you contacted the team again, stating that you had attempted to cancel the payment but were still being charged. It was only at this point that the TBX transaction ID was provided. Once received, our support team promptly cancelled the subscription and explained that a refund could not be issued in accordance with the Terms of Service agreed to at checkout.

Refunds cannot be issued for subscription periods that have already been consumed, as doing so would require us to remove legitimately earned revenue from the partner’s account.

Had we received the requested information in August, we may have been able to assist further. Instead, the charges were later disputed despite the subscription having been used.

As Merchant of Record for thousands of online stores, Tebex processes purchases made by users worldwide. With parental permission, children often make purchases using a parent’s payment method. However, the responsibility for governing use of that payment method ultimately lies with the cardholder.

We are confident that the support provided in this case was timely, appropriate, and consistent with our policies. The subscription could not be cancelled without specific transaction details, which we requested shortly after your initial contact. Tebex is a trusted service that safely processes thousands of payments each week for gamers worldwide.

While we appreciate your feedback, your review does not fully capture the context of the interaction and may be misleading to others.
