My business onboarding process with Tebra is near completion and Sophia Chinchilla is who we were assigned to. Sophia has been very prompt with follow up, readily available and flexible when we needed her. She continued to follow up with us even when we may not have been as responsive as we should have and guided us with alternate solutions to help us get on track, and for that we are very appreciative.

Hello, I have been working with Valeria and she has been vet helpful and very patient with me explaining on how to use different features on Terra and helping to navigate the system and also speaking to the billing company.
