Great customer service
Recently, I used tech wizzes Microsoft's installation service, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The entire process was seamless and stress-free. The customer service team was exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, guiding me through each step with utmost professionalism. Excellent service and communication
There had been an accidental mix up with my order, but Tech Wizz was very quick to contact me to let me know of the situation. I was contacted by the CEO of the company who was very kind and explained with sincere apology what had happened. They were quick to rectify the issue and quickly sent me out a replacment order.
They seem like a very professional sort, and I believe what had happened was out of the ordinary for them, and they solved it with due care and by providing excellent customer service.
It would be a pleasure to do business with them again in future.
