So far have sent 3 emails to get a refund but have been ignored on all of them
Their website said they honor returns within 30 days. 20 days after we bought it we tried to return unused product. They said they don't take returns in an email. Fraud and scammers
Do not buy from this company. I had an identical experience to a previous reviewer - they refused point blank to honour a return and were rude and unprofessional in responding to emails. Clearly not a real company
Misleading returns policy. Their website explicitly says they accept returns for non-defective items, but when I requested a return for an unopened, unused item (and offered to pay shipping), it was refused. Customer service manager contradicted the written policy and suggested I “give it as a gift” instead. Very disappointing, dismissive and unprofessional. Buy with caution.
