Stay clear of this course provider. None of their contact numbers (as advertised on their website) are valid or set up to take calls. The email for their online chat is coming back as 'invalid'. I even sent a recorded letter to their address in Hounslow two weeks ago, but I am yet to receive an acknowledgement or response.
I am so disappointed with the content of the Data Science course - I complained several times, before Christmas 2023 and during the final five months of the course, bearing in mind you only have 12 months of course access! (Nine days before the end of my course, there were still no scheduled lessons for two of my modules!)
In addition, the hours of monotonous self learning videos led by AI are soul destroying - I found it really difficult to motivate myself, often ending up tearful with frustration.
I learned more using free websites like w3 schools and YouTube videos than I did with the content of this course.
I have given them one star as the only aspect I enjoyed and benefitted from were the live lessons they actually did run.
Again, stay clear - the representative for TechGeek, who sold me the course last July, blamed Simplilearn for the issues I had (and even tried to blame me), but TechGeek has not take any responsibility for the issues themselves! I paid TechGeek!
