When I was in between roles I was also looking to change industries in order to get a role/ career with more opportunities.
I came to Hande and requested some coaching in order to help me transition when interviewing for different roles in a different industry. I found this to be most useful as they helped me to become more open,and enabled me to convey my skills, knowledge, personality and attributes in a much more transferable manor. I'm prepping stories for my "cross-functional teams" behavioral interview. Andrea showed me critical details which I'd left out of my original version, as well as which points really hit home. The raw experience behind a story has so many details; Andrea helped identify which details would be load-bearing to my interviewer.

He was also extremely responsive resolving some last-minute scheduling conflicts.

Came to these guys when I had really struggled to find work in the tech sector. Arvind M. in particular was a great coach and was able to easily pinpoint my weaknesses, then provide the knowledge to resolve them.
