They didn’t ship my order

They didn’t ship my order, won’t answer any of my emails texts or calls. The online chat no one is willing to help all my chats were closed out.

This company never sent me my items

This company never sent me my items. They sent it to the wrong address. Then I paid 200$ extra for my order to be protected by route but they never even added route protection to my order pocketing my money.

My product came with a crack at the top…

My product came with a crack at the top and it’s completely blacked out now and i’ve been trying to get in touch with them but everytime i call they will either send me on a while goose chase saying to call this number or text this email. Or they wouldn’t answer at all and it will go straight to voice mail. does any one else have this problem ? it’s about to be a month with this broken laptop.

Been a week and item hasn't shipped…

Been a week and item hasn't shipped yet. I even payed for faster shipping. Absolute scam website. Support won't answer. Good reviews here obviously fake. DONT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY TRUST ME.

I placed my order well over 2 weeks ago…

I placed my order well over 2 weeks ago and you guys still have yet to ship out my item. I got no response from the auto bot. But someone reached out to me with options because the item I purchased was damaged. I agreed to wait the 2 days for them to contact the vendor to ship, but I have yet to receive a response or an update and the item has yet to ship. My fed ex tracking number still says that only the label was created.

Went to TechMonk Myrtle Beach, to get Apple Care covered glass replacement. The appointment was made through Apple, and we went for the diagnostic appointment that is necessary before they order the part. We were quoted by Apple that with our AppleCare coverage it would be $29. when we got there they charged us $109 to order the part. We told them that it should be $29 but they had already charged us at this point, the manager said that they would need Apple to advise them that it should indeed be $29 and then they could refund the difference. Apple called them with me on three-way and told them that it should be $29. At this point it seemed like we had reached a resolution. I then called the store back to see how they’d process the refund and they said that they could not refund the difference BUT they were aware that I was overcharged. while I was in store, they said that they wanted to prove to me that it should be the higher amount. They pulled up the website and it showed that it should still be $29. they said we can refund the difference and get it all squared away whenever I come back after the part has been shipped in, so when I went back after the part had come in, I asked them again how they were going to do the refund and they said they were not. The only resolution we ended up with was to refund me the entire amount and let me take it directly to Apple. This was a week long 5 day long interaction, and 2 visits to the store and in the end I’m just having to drive it down to Apple in Charleston. In my opinion this is just horrible customer service. We will definitely not be returning to the store.

I had a great experience buying my new…

I had a great experience buying my new MacBook from them! They helped me decide on the best model for my needs and answer any questions I had along the way. I've also fixed an iPad and iPhone with them and they were not only quick but efficient, leaving my products looking and working as if they were brand-new.

Bait & Switch

Very disappointed in the quality of service and lack of overall care shown towards the customer. iPhone XR was brought in and issues were reviewed with an employee. Employee recommended to replace the battery at which point i reiterated that the only thing that mattered was having the phone functioning as expected which was confirmed by the employee that this would. I moved forward with the repair and left my phone wit TechMonk to be serviced. I was told repair would take 3+ hours so i was surprised to receive an e-mail less than an hour later stating the phone was fully fixed. On my way to work i picked up the phone and was again assured the phone was fixed. During my break at work i finally had a chance to check out the phone and realized almost instantly the phone now had more issues than i initially dropped off to get fixed. Currently the phone restarts itself randomly within 10-20 seconds of being turned on. The phone now has neon pink and green streaks running up and down the phone. As it currently stands the phone is nothing more than a paperweight. When i brought the phone in today, i was given the run around and eventually was told if i was willing to spend another roughly $300 on top of the $100+ i already spent, they were confident they could get the phone working (this was never mentioned when i initially brought the phone in). When i questioned this i was told i broke the phone somehow once i got home and because of this i had no warranty or options. There are so many other companies out there that provide these services, don't fall victim to TechMonk.

Very helpful but beware

Very helpful but beware! They sold me what I thought was a new Mac Airlock but it was a 2020 model. And then instead of charging me the standard 10% restocking fee, they upped it to 20% because it needed a new box.
