helped and fixed after few days
At the end ist was very clear, they helped me. We arranged an appointment a few days after contacting support firstly. They fixed the problems. I understood that the topic had something to do with setting up the laptop with a new installation. Thanks.

Best customer support even on weekend
Softwareorder with 3 licences went fast and without problems.
After more than a year i was facing problems with activation on a second PC. I contacted the customer service at saturday evening and got response immediately, so that the issue ws solved even at saturday night. This is service at its best, thank you.
