Actication problem solved very kind and sucessful
I ordered an MS Office package and had an issue after working a few weeks after installation. An actication problem occured suddenly. The costumer support reacted very soon and friendly and helped me sovling the problem sucessfully. I highly recommend this seller, thank you so much!

I had software problem with my office key. Part of ms office was working part of them stopped. Problem appears just after midnight and was immediately solved by the support during the deep night when the problem occurred!!!

Great price for SW licenses and fantastic, fast support team
Great price for SW licenses, with immediat access to the software as a download and the license keys. Download of the SW was very easy and simple.
I had a problem with one of the product keys. That's not a problem for the support. Fantastic and super fast support team, no office hours like other companies. My problem was solved within 'seconds'. Absolute great support, congratulations!
For sure I will come back to Technik Markt when ever I need a license and will recommend this company to my friends.

Lizense package: 3x Windows 11 Pro + 3x (Office + Project + Visio) 2024 ProPlus
1.) Activation: All activations for W11 Pro, Project and Visio worked well 3 times. Only the Office 2024 ProPlus activation didn't work because of a volume contingent overrun, which is perfectly normal under MS licensing-politics and -control. I wrote a mail to the MKA support and got an immediate reply with a substitute key which worked perfectly 3 times.
--> my personal IT-expert note: Once volume licenses have been issued by the reseller, there is no longer any control over how often a user activates software with them. Negative comments in this regard, as they are often read in reviews, are completely unnecessary. On the contrary, the reseller TMA deserves credit for promptly providing replacement keys. In theory, they don't have to do that.
2.) Installation: The links to the installation media worked perfectly and referenced the latest version of the respective package - in contrast to other resellers, where old versions are linked and then the update stress begins.
--> my personal IT-expert note: Just as superfluous as above are negative reviews and comments about installation problems, because almost all of them are due to either incompatible hardware or MS errors. Windows 11 still has some bugs that can only be corrected with effort and only by experts. So, if one has no idea, he/she should at least stay away from a Windows 10/11 installation.
In any case, big thanks to the TMA support team for the prompt and friendly communication!
