USB cable was dispatched promptly and connected dated Windows Lumia mobile to laptop seemingly ok..as a charging cable.....for whatever reason phone would not appear in laptop's file manager so for purpose of transfering data(which was my objective , it failed, but this maybe a feature of dated mobile.

No refund no replacement
Dec 2023 - Sent a cable that didn’t fit the headphones. Contacted them to request a refund and they said they would send a replacement cable. Still waiting…. No response to latest email chasing this up.
