Sent unusable - damaged goods and had to go through PayPal resolution centre to get a refund after 2 months and had to send back at my own expense.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I ordered a hob Monday this should have been delivered Wednesday, no delivery & tracking info with DPD was awaiting parcel. I called company yesterday AM was promised a call
back, no call back I called back again to chase a lady advised it had left. I advised it hadn’t as DPD still awaiting parcel she said “Ok it will leave today then” (this was 3.30pm). DPD still awaiting parcel, I’ve called this morning to ask for a refund to be told a refund has already been processed and I’ll receive in 3-5 days. I advised the lady yesterday there are a lot of unhappy customers on trust pilot to my astonishment she responded “if we send it you will leave a good review right ?”. I have never dealt with a company like this, alarm bells rang on my first phone call to this company, I called Tuesday AM to add an item onto my order, they asked for item number and card details advised I wouldn’t get order confirmation if I added an item on, I knew at that point I wasn’t going to receive my original order. I’m leaving this review as I’m not hopeful I will receive my refund at all reading some of the previous reviews 😩 if I don’t receive my refund as promised I will be contacting trading standards as promised & will be leaving another review. Please ensure my refund is processed!

I received the chairs I had ordered but they both had cosmetic damage. Sent pictures to the Company, after several emails received a response to say I will check with my manager and came back to offer partial refund. No response after that, sent several emails. Called and spoke to the manager and he offered £3 compensation. I refused and asked for the chairs to be replaced, he said I will call you back but never did.

Scam alert
Avoid at all costs. Ordered on 18th May, received an email it will arrive between. 22-24th May. Nothing arrived so I emailed them on 25th - No response.
On 28th got through to some WhatsApp service to be told that dpd lost the package. And on the dpd side, they showed as they never received the package.
The item was never shipped as Th screenshots will show.
The guy however tried to blame it on them.
Wasted 10days of my life to wait for them no tell me the package has been lost. Totally useless people running a scam website. Your products will never arrive.

I was sent out an iron that didn’t work (light turn on but no heat)had black and brown burn marks on plate with white stuff oozing out. not fit for purpose.?I sent 4 emails with no joy tried calling several times and was cut off… I eventually got email asking me to send pictures which I did and never heard back…?disgusting customer service… never ever buy from this company….*** as you can see here they responded to this review and again asked for pictures even though I had sent previously so I resent and not heard anything back yet again!…don’t use this company is all I can say!****

Good page for good deals. I recommend to my friend. I bought expensive kettle for a half price. Everything was as described: couple minor scratches but overall like new and boxed. Also uk socket was included what was good surprise.

I received the belay fan heater without delay but I was disappointed to find it did not work due to plug damaged.
I emailed Technology Spare Parts Ltd re the position and was pleased to find that they dealt with my issue swiftly by sending me another product which worked perfectly.

Gave this one star because the sandwich maker ordered was delivered broken so had been returned.
Currently awaiting a refund.
