I have been attempting to return a faulty fridge that never worked on delivery for 3 months now. cannot get through to a team or a returns advisor. No response on socials or email. Do not use

That is unbelievably shitty guys. Had a delivery of composite sink and when unpacked I found it broken in a few pieces. First phone call they accepted and promised a refund. More than a month after no refund and no more answers to my phone calls. They completely ignored my efforts to contact them again. Obviously I’m going to dispute it to Ombudsman and leave a negative reviews anywhere possible.

Bought a hob, advert indicated the box was damaged but other than that, no issues. When the goods arrived a previous "returner" i assume, had written a small note and placed it in the box saying it didnt work. (own goal Technology Spare parts).... i immediately tested and sure enough, dead as a doornail. not only that, there were bits missing and the hob had clearly been installed somewhere else previously. So i phoned technology spare parts, many times in fact before i got an answer (i did select sales on the menu of course), seemed like i was redirected to a mobile phone and i think the guy was driving at the time... he redirected me to an email customer service address. no response of course until i raised a paypal dispute, and then it was just "return the goods". many efforts to try and get a returns label as per their policy resulted in absolutely no response" yes i got a paypal refund when i escalated to a claim, so thanks paypal. But i suggest thats what this outfit relies on (they are still £150 up)... ill leave you the reader to decide if you want to risk your hard earned cash on anything from these lot....

They Never ever sent to EVRI courier for shipment as I had the tracking info.

Sent multiple messages and emails and funny they never responded once (after original prompt reply just to get you on the hook and scam your money )

I got full refund via PayPal but avoid these gangsters and spread the word

Bought items via eBay. Items failed to arrive. Shipping company received order but no goods. emails and phone calls have been ignored. The company appears to be a complete sham

I ordered two items from the above company I received only one. I contacted them on 1st October with no reply, again 4th October to which they said they would definitely contact me on the 3rd October. I emailed them again 8th October no reply. I have also phoned the company on three separate occasions but unable to get through.

I find this absolutely appalling customer service which I’ve relaid to them.

I would never recommend this company as after service is non existence.

This company will rob you, do not use.
Ordered Simpson post base x 2. They never sent them. Tried to call and email but still no response. They have been paid for the items I am trying to get refund but I think my chances are slim with Technology spare parts

THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY! Paid extra for next day delivery of a stainless steel kitchen sink which didn't happen. Requested refund but no reply!! Sink had dents but no response to emails. Sink instructions were from B&Q so it would seem that it was a B&Q reject being marketed as new. THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a kitchen hood from them on 21st August 2024, it arrived on the 23rd of August, after installing the hood it began to make a very loud noise when it was switched on. I rang technology spareparts on Friday inform them of the problem, they did not answer my calls rang on Saturday again no response, rang on Monday on several times the phone would just keep on ringing, then I emailed them on Monday explaining the problem they responded by asking for a video which I subsequently sent, rang them repeatedly and no response again emailed a couple of times to enquire if they had reviewed it, they then responded to say that they had and since they did not have any more in stock could I check their website for a replacement. I checked their website and did not find anything appropriate, again emailed to let them know and asked for a refund after that they did not reply to any of my emails and just completely ignored me.
I lodged a complaint with Paypal who are still awaiting a response from them. I would never recommend this company they are unprofessional and have no customer service at all!!!!

We ordered a garden set from this company middle of may 24. Had problem's with delivery. When it did arrive .The garden two sweeter leg was obviously broken and welded back together ,painted. It looked terrible . We arranged a return with the company. It was eventually picked and a refund promised.we telephoned them and they ignored us blaming problems with telephone lines asking about our refund Eventually got to them through Watsapp they promised £ 500 would be refunded .Weeks went by and Idris ignored our calls. Eventually raised a complaint with PayPal phoning America and within a week most of the funds were paid back but we are still owed £25 , I would not trust this company ever again. So just beware

I placed an order for a product, but it has not yet arrived. I checked my Ring doorbell camera footage and confirmed that no delivery was made. I am expecting one more delivery attempt, but if the product does not arrive, I will request a refund from the seller. I have already sent an email to the seller requesting a refund, but I have not yet received a response.

Ordered 3 handles to Ireland and received tracking details from FedEx. The package arrived in Dublin and was sent back and forth between Dublin offices (making it seem like they didn't put the correct address on it at all considering I gave them my eircode). Then the package was returned to them. I've tried to contact about a refund. Meanwhile, I got a notification to review the product I bought, saying the product was a plank of wood flooring (it wasn't). Tried calling multiple times and was hung up on. Terrible service, no product, and out almost 100 euro. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Everything about this place screams shady.

We ordered a pair or wooden chairs as a pack but only 1 arrived contacted by email several times and the rang several times finally got through to someone who said they will check in the warehouse after checking he said 1 was left and would be on its way that evening that was on the 11/july as of today 12/8 still no 2nd chair. 12 emails 7 texts and 14 phone calls later nothing its as if they no longer exist so now thinking I am so angry of this that me and my brother are thinking of taking a trip to the unit. Please please do not buy from them

The ceramic hob I received was faulty. I have emailed technology spare parts several times to find out how to return the hob but no response.

Worst shop in the world don't buy

I purchased a ryobi nail gun that was broken on arrival. The company have not issued a return note or refund. I've tried contacting them on numerous occasions. I lost £125 and they have made no attempt to reimburse my loss. Avoid them at all cost.

Item bought, shipping notification received and courier tracking. Item did not arrive and then a refund appeared in my PayPal with no notification to say why, just a generic "we've process your refund" message. It would have been helpful to have some contact as to why the item wasn't delivered
