Unreliable, AVOID!
Bought materials for £170 and been waiting for over a week for delivery. No updates, no communication. After struggle to reach them they told me they have left it to the neighbours. I asked to send the confirmation and turns out the address they delivered is completely different and nowhere near the correct one. After that not responding to emails or phone calls.

You buy, but don't get the product
I bought my order 10 days ago for "next day delivery" and haven't heard from them since. I complained about it 5 days ago and again today, and there has been no response. Unreliable, to say the least.

Worst company out there, pretty sure the entire thing is a scam,
Paid extra for next day delivery, nothing has shown up in over 4 days,
You call them, they don’t answer,
You chat online you get jibberish back,
I’ve requested a refund pretty sure I won’t get it. £250 wasted
Stay clear of this company they’re a scam

Sent a broken item and haven’t replied…
Sent a broken item and haven’t replied to the emails for a return label and refund. Only replied when I escalated to PayPal however I’m still waiting for a refund from over 3 weeks ago.

Description misleading and against trading standards advert said 5*20 1112. Actually there were 5*18 and no where near 1112 in total. Lesson learned to question descriptions. I could of bought twice as much dishwasher tablets for that from a retailer.
