Absolutely awful experience
Absolutely awful experience, sub standard product, delays in refund. Had to get PayPal to intervene and now the Ombudsman. They may have cheap products but the rest leaves a lot to be desired!

Asked if they had the product in stock before the order was told yes, received a tracking number which for days was showing invalid contacted them to be told parcel had gone missing. Chatted online to sort was in for over 1 hour, did receive the refund promptly but the customer service is awful

Scam product!
Ordered a box of MTG boosters advertised as damage to the packaging, these had been opened and resealed with worthless tokens. Customer service are short and limited on responses. Returned tracked and saw this had arrived but had to constantly email and webchat to get a confirmation, and still no mention of a refund. Escalated to PayPal for a resolution, £170 for a counterfeit/resealed product is unacceptable and the slow response lacking.

Box was beaten product was perfect and cheap.
Box was a little beaten up in the photos but it was half the price as most places. Took the chances and it turned up quickly and in perfect condition (with a beaten up box).
