Spoke to Deepali, Sujata, Komal, and one other. They promised a technician call in 5 minutes for my complaint service. Now waiting 4+ hours with no update—the technician even confirmed timings! No responses to calls. Unreliable and fraudulent. Do NOT use this service!

I had a very disappointing experience with TechSquadTeam. I booked their home cleaning service and paid ₹18,000, expecting a thorough job. Unfortunately, the team did not even clean the floors properly. For the amount charged, the quality of work was far below expectations. I would not recommend their services based on this experience.

The Home Deep Cleaning of Techsquad is WASHING with water throwing some chemicals. Nothing in the house is cleaned. Worst experience.

Worst service provided by them , have spoiled my room flooring by some acid leaking from their equipment that they brought with them , and didn’t fix that. There team is not picking up the call after that. Very unprofessional behaviour and bad services.

Water overhead tank cleaning is mentioned 1579rs for 5-10k litres in online but when we call and ask they said it's 3000rs.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring TechSquadTeam for a tech-related project, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare. From start to finish, my encounter with this company was riddled with problems and disappointment.

Firstly, their customer service was abysmal. Whenever I called their helpline, I was met with unhelpful and rude representatives who seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. It was evident that they lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism required to assist customers.

Moreover, the quality of their work was severely lacking. Despite their promises of expertise and efficiency, the final product I received was subpar and full of errors. It was evident that their team lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail to deliver a satisfactory outcome. I had to spend additional time and money fixing their mistakes, which defeated the purpose of hiring professionals in the first place.

Additionally, their pricing structure was deceptive. They initially quoted me a reasonable price, but as the project progressed, they kept tacking on additional charges for supposedly "unforeseen circumstances." It felt like they were constantly trying to squeeze more money out of me without delivering the promised results. It was a clear case of unethical business practices.

To make matters worse, TechSquadTeam failed to meet deadlines consistently. They constantly delayed the project, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. Their lack of punctuality demonstrated a complete disregard for their clients' time and further emphasized their unprofessionalism.

In summary, my experience with TechSquadTeam was a complete disaster. Their customer service was appalling, the quality of their work was subpar, their pricing was deceitful, and they were consistently late in delivering the project. I would strongly advise against hiring this company for any tech-related services. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for competent and reliable professionals.

Beware of Techsquad team for pest control or other services - they are very bad, save your money:)
Got pest control done 2 months back, person came and sprayed around for 5 mins and went back as done. I raised a complaint to Techsquad on 4-May (within a week) for a reservice. They promised to send someone next day and even after 1.5. months and they haven’t sent anyone. Every time I called they promised to send someone next day and same story. I have used their service for past many years and they have gone from awesome to pathetic. That is why these startups fail. No care for customers, even for regular ones. I had to call them to cancel the service ticket to at least not keep getting this In Progress messages. they happily obliged instead of trying to fix the issue.
Booked through Urbanclap and they indeed have been great so far, even for reservices.

To day I fix the team for full house cleaning they came late but all the workers are done their work perfectly and full satisfaction and their behavior also good I recommend this group to my friends also.Tks

The Bhubaneswar cleaning team has scratched most of the toughened glass in my stairs, balconies, and doors. They have also chipped off some of the bathroom tiles. Lacs worth of damage.

i has taken service with Tech squad team, our 3BHK in Ramamurthy Nagar deep cleaned Yesterday. It was a real mess because we haven't been there since 1 year . My parents who were overseeing the cleaning said all three guys were excellent they did cleaning very professional, after i reach home even i checked it was completely very clean, Iam recommended to all go through tech squad team.

I took the deep cleaning service from Techsquadteam recently, they done by the team was so satisfying, I was really impressed to see how patiently those guys we're working they start work at 10am and lot of cleaning was there they continuously worked till 10pm, just ensure that the flat gets cleaned petfercted. Very professional team with so much advanced equipment and herbal chemical.My baby is 2 month old and i was looking for a pest control which is odor free and herbal in nature .I found Techsquadteam in Google and within 1 hour their team is with me ,Their customer care member Reshma explained me so well in detail ,still i was worrying ,But Silu and kanha the both person done the service so well as explained. It was a really great experience with Techsquad team. Especially with Satya ,Ashit,kanhu , Balia ,these people were really hardworking and they have done deep cleaning in such a professional manner. I would say better than urban clap company.. cost wise and work wise I will definitely recommend to everyone

Very Professional, they were 5 of them. Got Deep clean done for our Duplex, all of them were in Uniform . They had the mask on. Vacuuming, washing with Machine, wiping, cleaning of large glass windows everything was good.. pricing is also quite reasonable for the size of our house.
