Honestly When I did the dove survey I didn't think I was joining techvip shop,this for me it was false advertising.You should be transparent when you want people to join your company I would really appreciate for my money to be refunded back

Took money out of my account for a subscription I did not want. Didn,t honour the goods I had signed up for. Person who dealt with complaint said I had been refunded but no money back to my account. This is a scam !!! Do not use them. I am still waiting for a refund which was promised!!!

Jose the agent has dealt with me promptly, i have never heard of the company and didnt agree to any payments coming out my account ,jose has made sure its cancelled as requested by me and she is going to monitor the account i however dont agree with paying £23:68 for nothing and looks like a fake payment ,

Took money for a subscription which I did not ask for or want, all I wanted was to order something from a website with a completely different name, I then get emails about a subscription - no mention of this on the webiste I tried to order from - feels like I have been conned/scammed, they take money under false pretences.
