Jeremy did very well in putting up with me being rude…
Jeremy rang me and has explained what has happened and with me not feeling very well.I was rude and not in the mood for anything he still very help with me.Even tho I shouldn't of been rude when it's not his fault I was unwell.

My previous review was false! And coerced.
My previous review was false. Just wanted to state that i had to give a 4 star review before i was refunded for a subscription that i didn't sign up for. It was coerced and it was false.It took months to get my money back. It was stressful and this company really needs to investigate themselves as to how they are able to steal money from people. Just saying.

I got a charge on my account, even though i personally never created an account with techvipshop.
I got in touch with customer services and got told an account with my personal details had been created, hence why a "Top-Up" had been taken from my account.
This money was only to use in techvipshop online store.
Sammy was really helpful and helped me with stopping this account.
