Poor customer service
It's been a week since I placed my order and all I've gotten is limited communication from an employee first saying they did have all the parts for my order but that they would be arriving within a few days. Then I got an email saying no they didn't receive the pieces of my order and would I mind waiting until the end of the month. I inquired as to what parts they did have in stock hoping they could send the pieces from thier stock to me. But instead I got an email stating Said person was out of the office and wouldn't be back until Monday well that's crazy it was only Wednesday morning do u mean to tell me that there's only one staff member at this company why can't someone else fill in? Needless to say I'm stuck sitting and waiting and hoping that maybe I'll get my order or part of it by the end of March thankfully that's only 25 days away. Thanks for the poor customer service techni!

Great product (4mm balustrade system) and good service. When an item was missing from the order, they rectified it sending it out immediately by tracked shipping. We’ve used this product before and it is excellent quality and looks really good.

The Crosby C link appears to be precisely what I need and recommended for my use by other boat users. Not used as yet, but purchased for joining two lengths of anchor cable.
Delivery very prompt albeit carriage a little expensive.

Apologies for the delay in receiving your order. We have checked the TNT tracking details for your consignment. The latest update is that Irish customs released your goods at 9 a.m this morning. Unfortunately, TNT/Fedex have advised us that they are experiencing long delays with consignments shipped to Ireland, so the delays are out of our control. Kind regards, Ingrid.
Good service but Brexit sucks
Techi provide a very quick service but Brexit is a disaster. As I was shipping to the EU I was obliged to pay VAT twice and customs duties twice as the goods are made in the US.
I have asked the US manufacturers for EU based suppliers for the future.
