TEC Partners were the only recruitment agency offering long-term employment options while I was looking for a permanent job in the technology sector. Charlie in particular has been very helpful and reliable - I always recommend him to anyone looking for work in my circles.

I had Naseem that contacted me about a dream role offer that was perfectly suit and tailored towards me and my skills set, we spoken other messages and calls and he actively checked up to see how I was doing over the duration of my contract. He is really communicative and genuinely cares about you as a person before and after my contract come to an end. He's been amazing!

I had been searching for literally 6 months for a hire into a Senior Engineering role with multiple recruiters and no success. After a personal recommendation from a friend in the industry, I had a briefing call with Tech Partners. They immediately understood my requirements (providing helpful feedback / advice) and started to put through brilliant candidates (doing a lot of due-diligence / interviewing themselves to confirm the candidates met what we wanted). After any candidates I didn't think were right, they took on the feedback, properly listened and amended their search, to really focus on our needs. We hired their candidate last week. Their comms have been exceptional, and it's been a pleasure working with the whole team. Big thank you to Sahil, Mark and Alice especially for their efforts. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone hiring for tech roles.

Our journey started off with my agent skilfully selecting companies and roles that I was a great match with, pushing us to schedule the first interviews. With every step along the way through the interview processes, he fed me relevant information and tips about the companies, the interviewers, and the interview contents to help me prepare for the interviews the best I could. No balls were ever dropped and he was actively pushing everything forward, making everything fast and smooth. He genuinely cared about the outcome both for the companies as well as me as a candidate. In all the conversations with my agent, I felt he's honest, transparent and respectful.

We placed a job ad with TEC Partners after having a bad experience with another agency and couldn't believe the difference in performance. Charlie and Jamie were informative, listened to everything we were looking for and tailored the search to our requirements. We were sent CV's which matched our requirements and these were of a very high standard. There was excellent communication from Charlie and we were delighted to offer the position to one of the TEC Partners candidates who accepted and is now integrated as part of the team. I have used many (every?) games recruitment company in the business over the years both US and UK/Europe with mixed experiences and results. I find communication to be a huge issue with many of them and rarely feel the "personal" connection. Tec Partners and Charlotte in particular have massively changed my outlook. She is without doubt the best recruitment partner I have worked with. Very personable, very understanding and empathetic and I never felt pushed into any application. Super communication both written and verbal and a joy to work with. She is now my recruiter of choice.

I only dealt with one of the agents there but the experience was very good. I find it surprising how many agencies do not provide any communication about what's going on with an application but that was not the case here. Very professional and a good experience.
