I worked with Joel who is outstanding at what he does. When I was looking for job, I had very specific requirements and he took time to understand those. Worked with me over few months, with regular update and feedback from various companies.
He is has excellent communication skills, is patient and a good listener along with a being a good recruiter.

I’ve worked with Fintan at TEC a couple of times now, and both times have been an absolute pleasure.

Throughout job searches, I’ve spoken to many recruiters. Fintan has been by far the most genuine, helpful and clear individual that I have spoken to. Fintan consistently makes sure that he understands in detail what a candidate is looking for, and always goes the extra mile to get the best match. I could not recommend Fintan more, he is my first point of contact for job searches and will be for the foreseeable future.

Elliot Rose is an absolute star. We have been in regular contact the past month all throughout my interview stages. He has been as helpful as it comes, providing all the necessary information and assistance as soon as it’s available. As recruiters come, I have been blown away with the service he has provided. I received the job offer in the end and I am so thankful and appreciative of the service he gave me. Shame we will be speaking much less !

Josh was brilliant, he found me a company that were hiring and was there from proposing the opportunity to helping me with the interview, prepping for the interview, giving me live updates, descriptions and times with what to do. Then even followed up before and after the interview to see how it went, then even chased the company when awaiting for a response. After confirmation of getting the job he even congratulated me and asked how I was getting on in my first week.

Basically what I am trying to say is, he was very proactive, friendly, thoughtful and an absolute delight. I could not have been more fortunate with a great man like Josh that helped me out. Deserves a bonus/ Raise if you ask me.

I had the pleasure of having Charlotte handle all of my communications and meeting / interview management. She was more than happy to get on a call and discuss my situation and needs and how best to accommodate them. Having been looking for a job for a while and dealt with numerous other recruiters, Charlotte was by far the best I'd interacted with always being prompt with responses and keeping me in the loop with any changes or feedback. The industry definitely needs more people like Charlotte to make everyone's lives easier and more informed.
