Charlotte was very friendly throughout the process. She was very quick to let me know of any roles that were suitable. Furthermore she has a solid relationship with clients meaning any information and feedback is quick to get. A nice touch was when she wished me luck the day of my interview - Thanks Charlotte for helping me gain my new job.

Joel Saunders is very proactive and supportive throughout my entire recruitment process. He showed a great understanding of my career needs and gave me confidence that the role I applied for is the right one. My interview was unexpectedly delayed, which he informed me straight away. Constant check-ins after the delay showed me his belief in my suitability for the opportunity, which I am glad i waited for and ended up getting.

Worked with Elizabeth Barbour in securing my next role. She made the process very easy, was very attentive and quick to respond throughout. It can be hard to find a good recruiter with a solid understanding of the domain, but Elizabeth at TEC Partners delivered and I was not disappointed with my experience!

I dealt with TEC Partners as a candidate for a role they suggested to me. Alice contacted me and we took it from there. She had an information package ready about the company, together with an explanation of the recruitment process and very useful negative feedback received for previous candidates, the "don'ts".
Whenever I had any questions, she quickly followed up with the employer to get the answer I needed.. I also talked to Josh Pearson and Mark Beer when Alice was away, and I received a consistent message from them three: they care. One of my best experience with an independent recruitment company so far.
Oh, and I received the job offer and accepted it.

I'm receiving cringe cadence after cringe cadence from Ben Adams, half of them are just filled with spam where his automatic cadence has completely failed to input anything correctly.

I have REPEATEDLY replied to let him know we're not interested and to remove me from his contact list with no reply whatsoever other than the next poorly written 0-format automatic outreach. If anyone senior in the company sees this review, I highly suggest hiring a more competent Head of Division. He's certainly made sure I will never use the agency and will discourage others also.

I was approached by Josh Pearson in relation to a potential job opportunity. It was a pleasure dealing with Josh from start to finish: he spoke with me at length to understand the type of role I’d be looking for, explained the nature of the role and the culture of the hiring company, and talked me through the hiring process.

Whenever I had any questions, he was either able to answer them directly or quickly follow up with the employer to get the answer I needed. The whole process was stress-free and credit must be given to Josh for his role in that.

Josh is a great asset to TEC partners and I’d definitely recommend his services.

Megan Wilcox from TEC Partners managed to reach me through LinkedIn mail with a mid/senior dev role I was interested in, but found me a much better one and took me all the way to the first day on the job over several months. This involved a lot of mediating on her part, negotiating with and chasing up a CTO and CEO of a very busy Californian startup, while providing me with the best possible insight and encouragement. It wasn’t the smoothest process due to my own notice period and their urgency, and other small hitches but Megan always prevented us from losing momentum. Megan was proactive, professional throughout, and has a great ability to bring the best for both client and candidate. I would 100% recommend mid/senior software devs to trust Megan with their search.

Josh Pearson is friendly and professional. He had great knowledge of the company and the role that he is hiring for and had answers to all the questions that I had. He was quick, proactive and efficient in communication and always approachable. I found him to be extremely positive which also made the entire recruitment process stress-free. I wish him the best and I would definitely recommend Josh for your recruitment needs.
