I only had one of the products I paid for actually sent to me. The other only contained an empty box. I've been in ongoing email negotiations with the customer support after being unable to call them. This started almost a month ago and still has not been settled. Their products are amazing as far as I can tell, however if you don't receive them then you're almost out of luck.

I want to give it 0 stars but that isn't allowed. I didn't do my due diligence and check this company with Trustpilot so that's on me. If this review helps one person avoid them it's worth it.

Meta Oculus Quest 2 Prescription Lenses with Blue Light Blocking Filter
The order took weeks to arrive and no tracking number was given despite my repeated requests... until the day it arrived they sent a tracking number. The order tricked you in to signing up for an app called SHOP but that was no use without a tracking number.
Many times I revisited the site and at least 3 times saw a popup saying Daniel from xxx just purchased xxx... This had happened weeks earlier.
Anyway the item arrives and is faulty, doesn't attach to the Quest and is cheap rubbish that is good for nothing, avoid Teddith at any cost!

took 3 weeks and received the wrong pair of glasses. they don't reply to emails or pickup the phone. I know it may seem cheap but honestly please avoid, they are not worth the hassle.

Placed an order 2 months ago and still haven't received my glasses. Contacted customer support several times but no answer from Teddith. Site does not provide any information regarding refund whether your product never arrived, which is illegal. Would never recommend this site for purchasing glasses.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered 3 pairs of sunglasses only 2 were delivered and terrible quality. They have still not responded to any communication I have sent.

I ordered sports blade sunglasses which came in due course then fell apart in my hands after 2 days. Obviously, the product wasn't glued together properly and is rubbish. Teddith won't answer my emails requesting a replacement. I expect becuase I am in Australia they feel they don't need to worry!I have worn specs for 30 years and have never broken a pair. Steer well clear of these scam artists!!

Ordered a pair of glasses but that were like the used ones scratches on the glass.
Even got replies from them after 2 weeks
Such a bad experience
Never going to buy anything from them
Wasted 36 dollars

Ordered Blue Light Blocking VR Headset Compatible with iPhone Android Metaverse Virtual Reality Goggles Mobile Games 3D Movies × 1, received a rubbish VR Box. I may have purchased through PayPal so might get some bucks back. Don't use this company.

I ordered a laptop support frame from this company but I am still waiting for it nine weeks later. I wrote several emails to them but they only answered once to say the item had been dispatched. I have given up and am now trying to get the money back via the credit card company. They don't deserve the one star I had to give them to enable me to write this review. Avoid them like the plague!!

I ordered a spectacle holder from this company and when it finally arrived it was nothing like the one shown on the website - quite different and much poorer quality. I wrote to them with photos of the two items telling them I wanted to return it but never received a reply.

I got the vr 14 days after and it works very good with youtube videos

I ordered a VR headset..it arrived a month later in terrible condition..box was damaged through transit..no safety packaging..this was a fragile product!.lense broke off and had fallen into the headset. no proper instructions..app QR code did not work. poor instructions. it looked all nice on the advertisement. l was greatly disappointed.l emailed them but l recieved no replies.

It’s actually a scam, I bought a pair of glasses and it never came. I had no idea this review was online .

Communist China can fake anything. This is a bad business, disgusting. I’ve reported to my bank to get my money back.

I will never buy through this website again. Product I received is nothing like what's advertised. Teddith is a scam website that will rip you off with there fake B.S products.

I ordered from this website then I worried when I read other reviews stating they had no received their items. I got both pairs of my glasses through after a couple of weeks, they were what I expected, not exactly sturdy, instead light weight and delicate but I really like them and wear them Daily. However I can see that is not the case for everyone, and it seems many people haven't received their goods. I wouldn't use again as it seems I may have been one of the lucky ones!

I purchased a glasses holder through this website. The product I received looked absolutely nothing whatsoever like the product I ordered. I received literally a dirty rusty metal ring and a long string, no jokes! (It's a shame we can't attach photos to these reviews). I contacted this ridiculous company asking for a refund, as per their policy, and never received a response. I have now contacted them three times and have never heard back. Take my advice and the advice of the 80%+ of other reviewer and don't give these thieves any more money.
