If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered the curved dining table, it arrived with uneven wonky legs, sent a message and was sent out some replacement legs, they arrived with scratches all over which had been DRAWN over with black marker pen to disguise the scratches, absolutely appalling. Once again sent a message to advise and they arranged for some more legs to be sent out, received these opened the packaging up to the legs being covered in rust. What an absolute joke!! I asked them if we could have a partial refund to keep the table with the scratched legs as although they are unsightly atleast we can use the table and it’s not wonky anymore. They said no partial refund will be given however we can return the table for a full refund (not including the £82.50 delivery charge we had to pay - that’s another story) but we had to return it in its original packaging. Why would we keep the original packaging from February when this issue was supposed to be resolved with the replacement legs that were sent out? And where we we even store said packaging anyway for a dining table! Ridiculous. I explained we did not have the original packaging for the reasons stated above to be told they could arrange getting packaging for us but we’d have to pay!!

Not to mention we still have the 2 faulty sets of legs taking up our downstairs cupboard as no recollection of these has been made.

So basically we have paid the full price for a damaged table or we have to pay to package up and return a dining room table for a ‘full’ refund. Lose lose situation for us.

Horrible company, and just spend wisely if thinking of ordering from here. Buy cheap, buy twice the saying goes….

I ordered a table on the 21/09, the website stated it was in stock and would be delivered in 5-10 days. I then chased them up as I had not received any update and was informed it was out of stock and would be back in stock by the 8/10. Today on the 8th I have just received another email saying it will be back in stock on the 19th. This is really disappointing and I’m not sure if it is a scam at this stage as they’ve had my money since the 21/09 and I am still without the product. Furthermore it still states that it is in stock on there website.

Ordered a large wall clock. Totally disappointed with the item. Firstly the box it was delivered in was in a terrible condition all burst and held together with narrow sellotape.
Clock was sellotaped to inside of box.
The clock hands were all bent and battery holder was unusable.
This item looked as though it had been sold and returned as box had someone else’s name and address on box.
Don’t think it had been examined on return as was not wrapped properly inside.
Returned item and wouldn’t buy from them again.

There was some damage to the item we ordered, despite this, we received the most prompt response from customer service who issued a refund immediately and also kindly offered to arrange a collection for disposal of the item received. Will definitely use their services again. Highly recommended!

I bought my bed from them. It's not only affordable, but it's super comfy and smooth. I have no back pains since then. Thank you so much TeddyBeau for the service.

Great ordering process and everything very clear

Ordered vase, after 3 weeks I chased it up then to be told it was sold out I then ordered a similar vase which was 3-4 weeks delivery, once again I chased up after 4 weeks then got told it got damaged in transport, and they have cancelled order, I will not be ordering from this company again and I wouldn’t recommend at all

I ordered an item of furniture from this company ... and then read these reviews! Eeek! So I phoned them and mentioned the level of negative reviews. Person I spoke to was very nice and said they've had problems during the last year, but they have so many happy customers who just don't leave a review. I totally agree with that, a lot of people rush to criticize but not to praise. And who hasn't had troubles this last year!! Covid and Brexit!!! I was notified a few days later that my order would take possibly 10 weeks. I phoned today and asked if any chance re earlier stock availability but there isn't, so I decided to cancel and come back end of July when they may be due in. Person on the phone was very helpful, polite and friendly. My refund came through within an hour!! Has to be the quickest ever. I'll definitely be going back to them and for anyone worried about the bad reviews - have a look at Trustpilots detailed info re when they occurred. In the middle of a global Pandemic!! So many companies are struggling, be a shame to ruin a reputation due to circumstances beyond their control.

i purchased some cushion covers they arrived yesterday beautiful packed perfect in a box had updates on order right from ordering it was my first order and had trouble applying discount but called customer service they took off discount and refunded me immediately great team thankyou teddy beau

There is some beautiful pieces of furniture here. I was in in the market for a new dining table. I loved the simplistic look of the Baumhaus walnut 4 seater table. Also I quite enjoy saying "everyone in the haus sit ya baum down at the Baumhaus" the kids just groan.

The price of the table was £699 but there is a discount code "first10" for a 10% discount so happy days.

Beautiful furniture. Quite difficult to find pieces like these definitely been looking for the perfect TV stand and there's some really nice rustic ones. The items are bit pricy but worth it.

got some of the designs I can't find anywhere else pretty much to my aesthetics, especially loving the color palates so many nice options

A great variety shop and interior decoration, they offer all at one place. The items they got are unique, the design includes modern and retro design, you could be your own interior designer. They offers a lot of payment options almost all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple pay and lot more. Shipment was also super fast for our sofa we ordered, and it's same as we saw online at there store, I'm happy customer.

I love their Baumhaus Walnut Dining Table. It looks like beautiful and sturdy piece of furniture.

I recently placed an order not realising the lead time was 3-4 weeks it did say this on the website but only if you go to the delivery tab which unfortunately I did not. Most websites say “pre order item” and usually warn you of a delay so I think to avoid disappointment it would be better if made more clear to customers. I only came to know of it when I received an email with an order update which said usually delivered in 3-4 weeks. It did almost take the four weeks to receive the items and two out of three arrived damaged, I contacted customer services who then sent out replacements, these also arrived damaged. They sent out replacements again which arrived OK. When I spoke with customer services they did say that they get a few calls about the geo wall art arriving damaged so I don’t understand why they can’t use more efficient packaging or even put tape on the boxes saying “fragile glass” so the courier is aware. The reason I am putting 5 stars on this review is due to the fact the company did everything they could to replace the items as quickly as possible, the customer service I received was 10/10. On other reviews I’ve noticed people saying they couldn’t get through on the phone etc, it probably took me about 15 minutes being on hold before I got through so just have a bit of patience.

I have completely refurbished my home, I bought several items from the shop and I love everything I have bought! I got the loveliest coffee table which feels solid and really well made, two table lamps that are really chic and again very well made, a large sofa that I LOVE! It has a great price for the quality and I think is just lovely. I also got some cushions to complement it and I am very happy. Everything arrived within 5 days of purchase, well packaged.

I ordered the Small Geo Mirrored Wall Art which arrived damaged. I've now emailed the company twice and attempted to contact them on Instagram and had no reply.

Obsessed with these armchairs!!! Can’t wait to buy one for my family room!
