I would give -1000 stars if I could. It's a total scam. So much for trusting websites with the locks on them. They took money and I never got my rug. Such BS that they get away with it!!!!!

They are terrible. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I have yet to recieved a quilt i ordered 12/5/19. It's almost 2 months now and the tracking info hasn't changed from label created on 12/17/19. I called FedEx and they couldn't even locate the package. I've been back and forth with teecago and all they say is sorry for the delay. I emailed them about 2 days ago to tell them what fedex told me and have not recieved any response. I sent them another email this morning asking for a refund this is ridiculous. I advise anyone looking to order from them DON'T DO IT. I would give them no stars and they better refund my money
I ordered a quilt for my son. It was the only place I could find the unique design. It took well over 30 days to arrive but the worst part was the quality. It wasn’t inexpensive and yet the comforter is so thin, it is like two sheets were sewn together. Very disappointed in the quality of the item.
If I could give 0 stars I would.. After waiting a month, I finally receive my king size quilt. Costing me over 100$! This is a SCAM! The image is out of focus and the quilt is super thin like a flat sheet. Not soft at all and you can tell its cheaply made. More like a 15$ quality.
If I could give less than a star I would. I ordered two quilts for my kids for Christmas. I placed my order on 12/7. One of my quilts arrived on 12/24 and the other is still in transit. It is exactly one month today from when i placed my order yet the tracking information has not updated since 1/3 and I still have no quilt.
Additionally, the quality of the one I received is mediocre at best. NOT worth the money or the time. DO NOT ORDER!!!

I was very nervous after reading these reviews. I do not work for the company, I'll start by saying that. I did not think mine was going to show up. It did. It got here sooner then the said time. I was ready to seriously cause a scene on This page about how they screwed me over, but I checked my post office and it was there. Perhaps I got lucky and got the real company? I do not know. But It traveled from yun express to FedEx , I received my sons bed set ,it was a king size Darth Vader bed:-) Teecagosupport contacted me once I emailed them first and they let me know the deal..I live in texas and it took a while but it did show up Good luck to y'all.
I just purchased a throw and had I read this I would not have. Great, the perfect gift I was expecting is not for real. I will contact my bank to reverse the sale.
I just wanted to echo what others have said. This a scam! I only wish I had seen these comments before I sent these thieves $60 for a throw blanket I was giving to my granddaughter for Christmas. I did call the company whose address TeeCago was using and told them their location was being used on a scam website. The guy I talked to said he would pass the information up the chain.
Teecago.com is a SCAM WEBSITE. This SCAM WEBSITE is set up similar to another SCAM WEBSITE: groveblankets.com. This SCAM WEBSITE has a FAKE physical address and NO phone number. The actual physical address is to a Charge Point Charging Station according to Google Maps! The CRIMINALS behind this SCAM WEBSITE want to remain ANONYMOUS to AVOID CRIMINAL PROSECUTION and other LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS! If you order anything from this SCAM WEBSITE, you will NEVER receive your merchandise and they will have access to your credit/ debit card info. ALWAYS VERIFY the contact information for correctness and if ANYTHING is missing or FAKE, it's a SCAM! AVOID this SCAM WEBSITE and it's sibling! Happy Shopping!!!
