I did not receive the shoe i …

I did not receive the shoe i ordered.... I needed a golf shoe; so to avoid the hassle and time of processing a return, I didn't send them back. But I would have MUCH preferred the shoe I ordered over what I got.
The golf bag is very nice. The shoe is fine but I wanted the other footjoy.

The company made it easy

The company made it easy. I was a little concerned ordering from a company with which I was unfamiliar however, I got the product I wanted, in a very timely fashion and at a competitive price. In my mind....a winner of a deal, and now a place I would consider a "go to."

Definitely Stay Away from this Company ... Poor Customer Service!

Definitely would not suggest doing business with this company.

I received the wrong shaft on the golf club I ordered and I did not receive the club golf cover.

Upon receipt of the item, I immediately contacted the owner / customer service and let him know that I desired to return the item and I was going to order the item from another company. I requested an RMA / Return shipment label.

Instead of sending me the return shipment label, I was sent a head cover.

I contacted customer service / owner again and requested the Return Shipment Label as most respectable companies provide with no questions asked in many cases.

Never received the Return Shipment Label (nor even a response) so I had to put a hold on the credit card charge and shipped it back to The Golf Club at my own cost.

I requested a credit to my account for the shipping cost, but I have been ignored for roughly 3 weeks now ... still no response!

I looked up this companies BBB records and I found that there are unresolved issues with other customers as well.

Bottom line, I would not recommend doing business with this company as satisfying the customer is not the first priority ... and I will share my unsatisfactory experiences with others as well!

Ordered a 5 iron ping green dot ,the 26th of june got it july 20.Great club .My set didnt come with a 5 or below .Took longer than i hoped for just me being not patient...Yes i would buy from them again no problem...

Excellent service! They have great prices on clubs and clothing. Got my women's irons quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend The Golf Club! Customer service was great

Received the wrong sized pair of shoes

Received the wrong sized pair of shoes. Called the store and person who answered said all will be taken care of. I asked him for a confirmation email on when my correct shoes will be coming and what to do with the incorrect pair. Still waiting on email, tried calling them but received no answer. Selection and price is good but the customer service needs a lot of work. I should not be the one trying to get updated information, they made a mistake and do not seem to urgent about it. Not sure if I will buy here again.

Callaway Complete junior set

We purchased this set of clubs for our son. They are a great quality club! The price was cheaper then in the golf stores along with free shipping made this purchase a win, win!! Our son is very excited and they fit him perfectly!

I did not have a good experience with …

I did not have a good experience with my order from you. I ordered 5 shirts for my husband's birthday, 9 days before it. I received one really quickly. I got a message that one of the of the shirts I ordered was not available in the color I chose. I was offered a different color and agreed to get it. My other 4 shirts were delayed being sent and did not arrive in time for his birthday. On top of that, the replacement shirt that was offered was not even in my second shipment, although your system showed it was shipped. I had to reach out to you to get it sent out, even farther away from his birthday. After everything was received, my husband did not like 2 of the shirts. I called and found out I have to wait for an RA# and send each back to 2 different places, plus pay for 2 different packages of shipping. I do a lot of online shopping and this is the worst return policy I have experienced. I will not be ordering from you again.

We were wondering if you had our company confused with someone else. As you can see from your order history, you were only charged $6.00 for shipping for your order.

I understand that many companies offer free shipping for orders. And, we offer free shipping for orders over $99.00. But, your order was for two pair of socks. The order was for a total of $31.98. If you had exceeded the $99.00 limit, we would have gladly shipped the items at zero cost to you.

We are a small company in a increasingly difficult industry. We are just trying to stay employed. Although, your feedback is valuable and we take it very seriously, we feel that we did everything as a company to ship your order quickly and efficiently. But, reviews like yours influence buying decision from customers.

We would ask that you edit your review to be more positive if you feel you may have incorrectly reviewed our company.
