Don’t buy from this place

Don’t buy from this place! They basically stole 200 dollars from me. First they sent me the wrong golf bag. Then they kept telling me they would email me a return air bill which they did not. After several unsuccessful attempts I had to dispute with PayPal. It was after that they sent me a return air bill. Then I returned it and it was signed for two months ago. No refund. Just called them and they said I should have gotten a refund from Sun Mountain. Very shady.

The golf club sells great products.

The company followed up with me to communicate a misunderstanding.
My exchange is currently being processed currently, so far so good.

The return policy says 30 days but they literally do not let you return because you have to wait for the return label and they never send it to. It is actually pretty crazy.... I ordered three months ago and after four phone calls have not received the label.

Do not buy here! BUYER BEWARE!!

Return policy for clothing that does not fit is hard and NOT customer friendly. Thru could learn from other ecommerce vendors! Return email wording makes it sound as you are at fault if something doesn’t fit. It has to be inspected and not just returned.

Return authorization email came only after lengthy conversation. No labels provided...you are on your own! Return shipping is on you too!

I will never buy from them again! Buyer beware

BUY ELSEWHERE!!!! You've been warned!

Terrible to deal with. Jacket ordered took a long time to get. Once i got it, it was too big. I returned it. Had to call, email, call, email and call and email.....JUST TO GET A RMA for return. Returned it and ive Been waiting 5 weeks for my $150 back. Called, emailed, called, emailed....etc....had to file a case with Paypal to get my money back. Still havent gotten refund. THIS COMPANY SUCKS 100% BEWARE!!!

Absolutely unacceptable!

I accidentally ordered the wrong size pants and the CSR over the phone said it wouldn't be a problem to make the exchange. I was supposed to receive an email within 24 to 48 hours with a return address. Four days after not receiving the email I called back again. The CSR this time explained it was never processed and asked me again what size I needed and that I should again receive an email. He put me on hold and when he got back to me he explained they didn't have the size in stock that I needed even though there website showed it being in stock. Fed up at this point I just wanted to be done with it and return the pants. When I finally received the return email I sent the package back and it cost me an additional $21to ship the item back. So I had to spend extra money on a pair of pants that I would never wear. I will not be shopping with The Golf Club again and will advise everyone I know to do the same. Terrible customer service.

Needed an A Wedge to round out a new …

Needed an A Wedge to round out a new set of TM M2 irons that I recently purchased. The Golf Club had exactly what I was looking for. The order was processed in a timely fashion and I received my club in a matter of a few days. The Golf Club provided exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Unacceptable

Correspondence on my order was simply below average, and more importantly, the time it took to receive my order was far too long than I would ever expect a customer to wait. Will not recommend or do business with this company again.
