I ordered a club back in November but…
I ordered a club back in November but never received the golf club. I have both called and emailed but have received no response. Of course they took my money back in November.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I ordered a golf bag for my daughter in November; they took my money the day of the order: big red flag. When I contacted them, they said the bag would ship from Ping. Never happened. I have not received the bag and so I contacted the company. They cancelled the order two days ago and I have not seen a refund of my 179.00 yet. Horrible company, horrible experience.

I ordered the right bag they claimed to have in stock. I received the wrong bag and on top of that I was told that they could not order the bag anymore. All I got was an apology for getting the wrong bag and was told I would get a return label emailed to me.

Never got my order
Ordered a pair of golf pants. Got several emails updating me on the status of my order, and eventually an email saying the status was changed to "canceled." I then had to call them to ask for a refund, which was processed in a reasonable amount of time. Sounds like others have had far worse experiences than I have.
This seller is very disorganized at best and a legit scam at worst. Would stay away.
We ordered a Cutter and Buck ranier…
We ordered a Cutter and Buck ranier jacket for our son for Christmas. We were very careful in choosing the correct color in the drop down. We hovered over the correct color jacket on the website, the website tells you the name of that color, then you choose that color name in the drop down. We received the wrong color from The Golf Club and when we asked that they exchange for the correct color, they made us pay to have the wrong color jacket shipped back to Cutter and Buck. Not a good experience with this company. Bad customer service. They do not answer phone or emails. Find your sports wear items from a reputable sporting goods company, not this one.
Avoid these guys
These guys are not what they pretend to be. They like to represent themselves as organized when they are the most unorganized company I have dealt with. I ordered a putter grip from them, they sent me a tracking number but will not take the order to the post office until I reached out to PayPal and threatened to cancel and get my money back. They will send you emails to create the impression they are working on your order while nothing is been done. I will stay away from them.
Total scam and a rip off! Don’t order!
Tried to buy a product online on July 6th. They didn’t have product so asked to select substitute. I did this and heard nothing further. Finally got email on 10/13 confirming FedEx delivery on 8/14. Why did it take 2 months to tell me of delivery? Just enough time to go past credit card dispute time. Total scam and rip off. Wish I had read reviews before ordering from a company like this. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!
Terrible Customer Service
This company processes returns very poorly, no response and it’s not automated. I had to put in a request to process the return (only exchanges or credit) but they never followed up after two requests and follow up email. Terrible customer service and you can find the same products from a reputable retailer.

Simply put, a scam. He doesn't have the merchandise, but he takes your order. Once I figured it out and asked for my money back, I never heard from him again. I have turned it over to Paypal and should be getting my money back soon, but Paypal should ban this crook. Don't waste your time.

This has to be the worst company to try to buy from online. And actually I don't know if this is actually a company at all. Total lack of communication, or follow-ups on orders. It takes threatening messages to finally get a refund on a incomplete order and complete stall tactics on orders. You buy from these Joker's it is your loss!!!

After immediate charge on my paypal account and order confirmation email, there is no item showing, no order status change. Today is 7/08/2020. It is 15th day after ordering. No response to numerous phone call.

Zero service and impossible to get hold of anyone on the phone. Try leaving a message on their website and they will reply days later. Ordered a Ping lob wedge and when it arrived it was the wrong club. Ping told me the Golf Club ordered a 6 iron from them!!! Now waiting to hear back but not hopeful.
Covid or no Covid this company has no clue about service. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Scam Website
Do not buy from this place. I placed my order over two weeks ago and the company has not responded to any calls, emails, or direct messages on the websites. Feels like they are no longer fulfilling orders, but are still taking in money. My next step is to dispute the charge on my credit card. Hope this saves someone else from making the same mistake I did.

Well I can see why this company is getting such bad reviews. I bought a PIng Sunday bag from them on 6/7/20. The charge hit my bank on 6/8/20 for the tune of $130.00. Got my receipt emailed to me with shipping pending. Then nothing.
Tried to call them 3 times. Left very nice messages asking what the status on the bag was. Tried to email 1 time then got the email returned to me saying my email was undeliverable. Then got concerned and looked up reviews of this company online. I wish I had done that first before I bought. I am a pretty patient person and if the company just got back to me and let me know of the status whether the bag was back ordered or being directly shipped from the company then I would be ok. But with no communication at all from them I am getting concerned that I have been taken. So today I called them again and left them a message stating that if I did not hear back from them by tomorrow 6/15/20 I would be disputing the charge with my bank. And also contacting the manufacture PING. My advice right now. Stay away from this company. I buy a lot of things online and this company by far is the worst I have ever had to deal with.
