Lost a Ping 9-iron!
Lost a Ping 9-iron and ordered a replacement. Original shaft was no longer available but received email listing subs and asking what I wished to do, so very good communication. It did take a while to get the club but I received it, as ordered, and very happy with the service from this store.

Ordered 4 clubs they have nothing in stock, no reply from anyone. Out of 4 they claim to have sent one. Why do they sell what they dont have!!!
Horrible Customer Service/ Possible Scam
Quite possibly the worst customer service out of any online retailer that I have ever purchased from. I ordered a hat almost two months ago and since then I have sent 8 emails to find out information on my order, every response I get I’m told that the item will be shipping in a few days and I will receive tracking information then a week goes by and I repeat the process. I have tried to call customer service several times including right when they open and there is a message saying they are on the line with another customer and will call back which they have not done. I do believe this could be a possible scam operation like other reviewers my credit card was charged right away and now I can’t speak to anyone in person. I’m disputing the charge and reporting them to the BBB. Stay away from these guys, there are so many good online golf retailers out there I wish I had read these reviews and not tried to save a couple dollars ordering from The Golf Club.

Ordered a wedge on April 6,2022. It's currently May 27 and I'm still waiting on it to ship.i have several emails stating it will ship within a week, in fact I got another one today. Luckily, I paid for it on PayPal so I can ask for a refund.

I would give a negative 5 if I could!!! Ordered 2 FJ shirts and only received one which is to big. I have called for 2 weeks and no answer via phone. I did get a email back a week ago saying to email their returns dept. I emailed and no response!!! I have filed a complaint with FJ and will dispute the charges with my Amex. NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I don’t know much about this company but in my experience I would recommend everyone to stay away from them.

Ordered a replacement 2016 G pitching wedge (PW), order confirmation email received the next day. Because of the scam comments here, I had expected the worse, but two weeks later I received shipment notification with tracking info. I’m happy I gave them a chance…got my PW back in the bag!

The Hard to Ship Polo
I ordered a polo from them, that’s all. It was a week and I hand the seen any progress made on shipping. After contacting them I was told it would ship by the end of the next week. One month later, still no contact or update on the status. I asked for a refund and bought the same product CHEAPER elsewhere.

Ordered a PING Staff Bag for 499.99. They charged credit card immediately. After a couple weeks of no progress on order fulfillment, I called customer service. After 10 or so attempts over a 7 day period to check on the order status, I finally got a person on the phone, who says sorry PING is closed today and to check back on Monday. Monday came and went with no answers on order fulfillment. Keep trying for another week or so. Finally got a person on the phone who says that the item will ship in August, ordered in December. Told the representative to cancel order and refund my 499.99. Representative indicated it would take 3-5 business days to process refund. When I asked why it would take 3-5 business days for a refund, I was told that they have to call PING to cancel the order, but PING is closed today (Saturday). I ordered a PING product but didn’t pay PING, I paid the “THE GOLF CLUB.” After the 7th business day and no response on phone calls or a refund, a credit dispute was filled to get refund through the credit card company. THIS COMPANY IS TAKING PEOPLES MONEY FOR PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK AND NOT FOLLOWING UP ON REFUNDS. BUYERS BEWARE

Ordered a Ping club in June and it is now November and still haven't received it, or any notices. They haven't returned by e-mails or calls. I can't believe they are still in business. Pathetic.
Recent reviews had me concerned but turned out OK
Poor recent reviews had me concerned. Website does indicate payment is taken upon ordering and product will ship directly from manufacturer in two to three days. Little riskier than payment upon actual shipping. I contacted PayPal out of concern when order status didn't change from "awaiting shipping" after three days and phone went to voicemail. The next day order status changed to "shipped" and a Fed Ex tracking number was provided that worked and showed package movement on the Fed Ex site. Exact product as advertised was delivered as advised by FedEx. Happy to get this product that no other retailer online has. Well done TGC.

Not sure why the negative reviews but had a decent experience incomplete order with them. Ordered a Cobra Radspeed wedge to which they could not source as the shaft was backordered. Informed me they could get one with a different shaft or customize one for $10 more in a nice detailed email. I decided to cancel my order as I wanted the same as my existing irons and was refunded in a timely manner.

GUTTED. As an experienced golfer I know what I am talking about and I am one of the best golfers in my village so I thought it would be a lovely thing to to join a gold club and wow I was wrong and I am never wrong. First of all my golf cart wouldn’t start without a car I mean come on we’re not ancient and the golf cart was meant to seat 4-6 however I only needed a 2 seater one seat for me and one seat for my golf clubs and balls and the extra seats resulted in me feeling very anxious and depressed about being alone and what people would think about me. And not only that the holes were too far away from the flags not even giving me a chance to get my gold ball in and I can be a bit u steady on my feet so the closer the flag and the hole is the better. I would not waste your time here crazy golf is way better.

Not sure why so many bad reviews for this place. I ordered a custom Ping Iron from them and had a great experience. They communicated with me throughout the whole process and I received exactly what I ordered in a timely manner. Very happy with my experience.
